My argument about the importance of English in Maritime Industries In my opinion mastery of English in the maritime industry is very important and useful. Because English is an international language used by many countries,a global' language. In this super-advanced era now that we are seafarers,the use of English has become commonplace in the maritime industry, English is a must-have skill for seafarers who want to work on foreign ships,as well as tools on board that use English a lot.Therefore, we as seafarers must increase our mastery of skills and languages in the current era of globalization in order to become competent seafarers.

THE FACILITATING ROLE OF MARITIME ENGLISH The role of English in the maritime industry is very influential. English is an important instrument for seafarers because the tools on board usually use English and are a means of communication between ships. Therefore,we as seafarers must be able to understand the role of English in the maritime industry in order to become competent seafarers.

The Importance of Navigation competence and Other’s Competence of Seafarer to prepare of ship’s voyages The navigation system is one of the most important things in sea transportation that must be mastered by sailors. The navigation system aims to provide direction and purpose to make it easier for the crew to find directions to a destination. Because as sailors we must be able to prepare for the ship's voyage carefully so that the ship can reach its destination safely.

COMPETENT OF SEAFARER IN CARGO HANDLING ONBOARD In handling and regulating cargo, the ship is obliged to:Pay attention to the best possible use of cargo spacebetter known as \"Utilization of loading space\"as much as possible “. we as sailors must be able to handle cargo on board by ship. Before carrying out cargo arrangements, several things must be done, namely protecting the ship, protecting the ship's cargo, maximizing the use of cargo space, carrying out loading and unloading quickly, regularly and systematically, and protecting seafarers and workers. Therefore, we as seafarers must be able to understand navigation, handle cargo, and ensure the safety of the cargo to its destination.

As for the safety of the ship's officers, it is important to pay close attention to the safety of the ship's officers, for this reason, usually on a voyage, various safety equipment will be prepared so that the crew and passengers can feel more secure. Personal plans and ambitions My plan after graduating from STIMARYO is that I want to be a competent sailor and can be a reliable sailor, master and understand about shipping, can have skills and also master English. My biggest dream after becoming a sailor is to be able to work on foreign tankers and even become a captain on a ship, who can lead a ship well and responsibly. And that's what I want to be able to get a dollar salary which is my dream from the start or can also be called a goal. And don't forget to be able to make my parents happy and to be able to help my brothers and sisters who need help. Therefore I have to work hard so that my dream can be realized until it becomes a reality, even though it takes a long time I will try to achieve the biggest dream in my life.

CONCLUDE MY COMPOSITION In the era of globalization like now we as seafarers must be able to have the skills and competencies in order to be able to compete for work. And also we as seafarers must be able to understand English and about handling cargo on board, can understand navigation, and lastly can run the ship properly according to the experience gained.
