SEW Letters Apple Pie PocketsAll material including letters can be purchased at most craftstores. Spray paint letters withblack paint. Dry overnight. Take a tape measure and figure out where you want it on your letters. Cut according to theletters not the lines on the tape measure. Hot glue tape measure to letters. Then hot glue buttons on each letter.Button Mushroom & Cheese mixture. Place skillet in oven and bake for 15 toFrittata 18 minutes until knife inserted into center comes out clean.Makes 4 servingsIngredients Apple Pie Pockets2 tablespoons olive oil1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped Makes 4 servings1/2 teaspoon minced garlic1/2 teaspoon salt Ingredients1/2 teaspoon pepper 1 tablespoon lemon juice8 oz. small button mushrooms 2 cups water8 large eggs 2 Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored and sliced1/2 cup ricotta cheese 1 tablespoon butter1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamonPreheat oven to 400°F. In a large bowl mix 2 tablespoons pecans, finely choppedtogether eggs, ricotta and parmesan. Set aside. 1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarchIn a 10 inch, nonstick ovenproof skillet heat oil 1 1/2 teaspoons cold waterover medium heat. Spaghetti and Spaghetti Sauce Meatballs (see recipe) Parmesan cheeseMakes 8 servingsIngredients In large, heavy stockpot, heat oil, add onions,1/4 cup olive oil stirring occasionally until onions are softened.1 small onion, finely chopped Add garlic, tomatoes, tomato paste, tomato4 garlic cloves, minced sauce and water. Stir in oregano, basil, parsley,1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes brown sugar, salt, crushed red pepper, and black1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste pepper. Bring to barely a boil. Stir in red wine.1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce Gently simmer on low, stirring occasionally until1 cup water sauce has thickened at least 2 hours. Using an1 teaspoon dried oregano immersion blender, puree until chunky, but not1 1/2 teaspoons basil smooth.
