แผนประกนั ภัยการเดนิ ทางภายในประเทศ Tune Protect Travel - AirAsia สรุปความค้มุ ครองแผนประกนั ภัยแบบเทียวเดียว (TAA) ความค้มุ ครอง ผลประโยชน์ชดเชย (บาท) 1. ค้มุ ครองการเสียชีวติ การสญู เสียอวยั วะ สายตา หรือทพุ พลภาพถาวรสนิ เชงิ เนอื งจากอบุ ตั เิ หตุ 3,000,000 - คุ้มครองความสญู เสีย หรือความเสียหายอนั เกิดจากการบาดเจ็บทางร่างกายของผ้เู อาประกนั ภยั เนืองจากอบุ ตั ิเหตแุ ละเป็นผลทําให้ผ้เู อา ประกนั ภยั เสยี ชีวติ สญู เสยี อวยั วะ สายตา หรือทพุ พลภาพถาวรสนิ เชิงภายใน 180 วนั นบั แตว่ นั ทเี กิดอบุ ตั เิ หตุ 2. ค้มุ ครองการบอกเลิกการเดินทาง - ชดเชยคา่ โดยสารทสี ญู เสยี ไป หากผ้เู อาประกนั ภยั จําเป็นต้องยกเลิกการเดินทางอนั มีสาเหตมุ าจากการเสียชีวิต หรือการบาดเจบ็ สาหสั หรือ สงู สดุ ไมเ่ กินราคาคา่ โดยสาร การเจบ็ ป่วยขนั รุนแรงของผ้เู อาประกนั ภยั และ/หรือ บดิ า มารดา ป่ ู ย่า ตา ยาย บตุ ร ธิดา พี น้อง คสู่ มรสของผ้เู อาประกนั ภยั และบิดา มารดา (คา่ ตวั โดยสาร+ภาษี+นํามนั ) ของคสู่ มรสหรือ เมอื ทีพกั อาศยั ของผ้เู อาประกนั ภยั ทีใช้เป็นทีอยอู่ าศยั ถาวรได้รับความเสียหายร้ายแรงจากเหตไุ ฟไหม้ นําทว่ มหรือภยั ธรรมชาติ คล้ายกนั ทาํ ให้ไมส่ ามารถเดินทางตามกําหนดการได้ เป็นต้น 3. ค้มุ ครองการล่าช้าของเทยี วบนิ แอร์เอเชีย สงู สดุ 10,000 - จ่าย 1,000 ในทกุ ๆ 4 ชวั โมงทสี ายการบินออกเดนิ ทางลา่ ช้าเนืองจากสภาพอากาศไมเ่ ออื อํานวยตอ่ การเดนิ ทาง เนืองจากภยั ธรรมชาติ กรณี ผ้เู อาประกนั ภยั ถกู ปฏเิ สธไมใ่ ห้ขึนเครืองเนืองจากเทยี วบินเตม็ หรือเนืองจากการเจ็บป่ วยหรือบาดเจ็บทางร่างกายทีเกิดขนึ แก่ผ้เู อาประกนั ภยั 4. ค้มุ ครองการล่าช้าของเทยี วบนิ แบบพเิ ศษ (ออนไทม์การันตี) 2,000 - จ่ายไม่เกิน 1 ครังสาํ หรับการลา่ ช้าอยา่ งน้อย 2 ชวั โมงของสายการบินเนืองจากเครืองยนตข์ องเครืองบินขัดข้อง ความผดิ พลาดของอปุ กรณ์ การบิน การปฏบิ ตั งิ านผดิ พลาดของสายการบิน 5. ค้มุ ครองการพลาดการต่อเทยี วบนิ สงู สดุ 6,000 - ชดเชย , บาท ทกุ ๆ 4 ชัวโมงกรณีผ้เู อาประกนั ภยั พลาดการตอ่ เทียวบิน ณ จดุ เปลียนถา่ ยเครืองบิน เนืองจากการมาถึงล่าช้าของสาย การบินแอร์เอเชียเทยี วบินกอ่ นหน้า และ ไม่มีเทยี วบินอืนของสายการบินพาณิชย์ใดๆ ทสี ามารถเดินทางทดแทนได้ภายในเวลา 4 ชวั โมง 6. ค้มุ ครองการล่าช้าของกระเป๋ าเดินทาง สงู สดุ 6,000 - จ่าย 2,000 บาท ในทกุ ๆ 4 ชวั โมง ทกี ระเป๋ าเดนิ ทางมาถงึ ลา่ ช้า 7. ค้มุ ครองความสูญเสียหรือเสียหายของกระเป๋ าเดนิ ทางหรือทรัพย์สนิ ส่วนตวั สงู สดุ 15,000 - ให้ความค้มุ ครองความสญู เสียหรือเสียหายของกระเป๋ าเดินทาง เสือผ้า ทรัพย์สินส่วนตวั และรายการอืนๆ ทีไม่ได้อย่ภู ายใต้ข้อยกเว้น ค้มุ ครองสงู สดุ ไมเ่ กิน 3,000 บาทตอ่ ชิน/ค่/ู ชดุ (ผ้เู อาประกนั ภยั รบั ผดิ ชอบในความเสยี หายสว่ นแรก 600 บาท) 8. ค้มุ ครองการล่าช้าของผู้ประกอบการขนส่งสาธารณะ สงู สดุ 10,500 - จา่ ย 1,500 บาทในทกุ ๆ 4 ชวั โมงทยี านพาหนะสาธารณะออกเดินทางลา่ ช้า 9. ค้มุ ครองการสูญหายหรือเสียหายของเอกสารทีเกียวข้องกบั การเดนิ ทาง สงู สดุ 10,000 - กรณีเกิดการสญู หายหรือเสยี หายของเอกสารทีเกียวข้องกบั การเดินทางจนเป็นเหตใุ ห้ไมส่ ามารถใช้การเอกสารดงั กล่าวได้เนืองจากการลกั ทรัพย์ โดยปรากฏร่องรอยงดั แงะจากต้นู ริ ภยั ทีถกู ลอ็ กไว้ภายในห้องพกั ของโรงแรมทีผ้เู อาประกนั ภยั เข้าพกั ในฐานะแขกของโรงแรม และการชิง ทรัพย์ ปล้นทรัพย์ และภยั ธรรมชาตเิ ช่น พายไุ ต้ฝ่นุ แผน่ ดนิ ไหว เป็นต้น 10. ค้มุ ครองการสูญเสียของเงนิ ส่วนตวั สงู สดุ 10,000 - ชดเชยกรณีหากผ้เู อาประกันภยั เกิดการสญู เสียเงินสด ธนบตั ร เช็คเดินทาง ธนาณตั ิ เนืองจากการลกั ทรัพย์ โดยปรากฏร่องรอยงดั แงะจาก ต้นู ริ ภยั ทีถกู ลอ็ กไว้ภายในห้องพกั ของโรงแรมทีผ้เู อาประกนั ภยั เข้าพกั ในฐานะแขกของโรงแรม และการชิงทรัพย์ ปล้นทรัพย์ (ผ้เู อาประกนั ภยั รับผดิ ชอบในความเสยี หายสว่ นแรก 1,000 บาท) 11. ค้มุ ครองความรับผดิ ตามกฎหมายต่อบุคคลภายนอก สงู สดุ 200,000 - จ่ายค่าทดแทนในนามของผู้เอาประกันภัยสําหรับจํานวนเงินทีผู้เอาประกันภัยจะต้ องรับผิดตามกฎหมายให้กับบุคคลภายนอก (ผ้เู อาประกนั ภยั รับผิดชอบในความเสียหายสว่ นแรก 1,000 บาท) 12. บริการให้ความช่วยเหลือฉุกเฉินตลอด 24 ชัวโมง รวมอยดู่ ้วย (ยกเว้น การให้บริการการเคลือนย้ายเพือการรักษาพยาบาลฉกุ เฉิน และการสง่ ศพกลบั ภมู ิลาํ เนา) หมายเหต:ุ 1. แผนประกนั ภยั นีให้ความค้มุ ครองรวมถงึ ทารก เฉพาะในกรณเี สียชวี ติ การสญู เสยี อวยั วะฯ สงู สดุ 300,000 บาท 2. ทนุ ประกนั ภยั ทงั หมดจะลดลงเหลือ 50% หากผ้เู อาประกนั ภยั อายเุ กนิ 75 - 80ปี และจะลดลงเหลอื 25% หากผ้เู อาประกนั ภยั อายเุ กิน 80 ปีขนึ ไป 3199 อาคารมาลีนนท์ ทาวเวอร์ ชนั 14 ถนนพระราม 4 แขวงคลองตนั เขตคลองเตย กรุงเทพฯ 10110 โทร: 02-203-9798 แฟกซ์: 02-078-5601-3 www.tuneprotect.com/airasia/thailand/th/product/gft-tune-protect-travel-airasia/

Domestic Travel Insurance Plan Tune Protect Travel - AirAsia Summary of Benefits – One Way Plan (TAA) Benefit Benefit Amount (Baht) 1. Accidental Death, Dismemberment, Loss of Eyesight or Total Permanent Disability - Reimbursement if an accident occurs causing death, dismemberment, loss of limb or eyesight or total permanent 3,000,000 disability within 180 days from date of accident. 2. Trip Cancellation - Reimbursement for cost of flight if the Insured AirAsia Guest needs to cancel the trip because of death, serious Up to original flight cost injury, severe illness of the Insured AirAsia Guest and/ or parents, grandparents, siblings, children, spouse and (Ticket+VAT+Fuel) spouse’s parents; or their permanent residence has been severely damaged from fire, flood or other similar natural disaster, which causes the Insured AirAsia Guest to be unable to travel on the scheduled trip. 3. AirAsia Flight Delay - Flat payment of 1,000 Baht for every 4 hour period from the original scheduled departure time owing to bad weather, Up to 10,000 natural disaster, the Insured AirAsia Guest is rejected from boarding the aircraft because of over booking or illness or physical injury of the Insured AirAsia Guest. 4. On-Time Guarantee - Single Payment of 2,000 Baht for at least 2 consecutive hours delay from the original scheduled departure time due 2,000 to fault of a mechanical breakdown or other aviation equipment and operational failure of AirAsia airline. 5.
