Academic Enhancement Students enjoyed learning about identification of different countries flag and Why do countries have flag? Flags are national symbols. Every country has got a specific flag as their national symbol. Quiz was conducted to identify the flag of different countries. 2

Assembly on Compassion Students presented their views on compassion through speech. They learned the meaning of compassion through a beautiful skit it revolves around an act of kindness performed by a little girl towards her classmates by sharing her food. 3

Class Mascot Students take turns taking the mascot home ... He lives in our home center and each weekend a new student gets to take him...A class mascot stimulates and directs students' imaginations . 8

English Short vowels are vowel sounds that are pronounced in a short form. Students have to learn, repeat the word and identify the correct short vowel sound through different activities. 10

Mathematics A number is mathematical object used to count, label and measure. Students were learn- ing numbers through different activities. They can represent numbers through different ways. Learning number names 11

Understanding of world Students can match pairs of items that belong together. They all have actively participated and enjoyed a lot while doing the activity. Showing pairs on their body parts. 12

Understanding of world Odd one out for students is very funny but effective exercise for brain. Students were able to recognize the odd one ele- ment from the giv- en pictures/ ob- jects. 13

Good study habits lay the groundwork for success- ful work habits as an adult. For children to learn good study skills, it is most important to help children build good habits.
