FSSAI Registration Types FSSAI Basic Registration FSSAI Registration is required of FBOs with a turnover of less than Rs. 12 lakh per year. To obtain FSSAI basic registration, the applicant must complete Form A of the FSSAI registration form. FSSAI State License FSSAI State License: FBOs with a yearly revenue of more than Rs. 12 lakh but less than Rs. 20 crore are required to get an FSSAI state licence. To apply for an FSSAI state licence, the applicant must complete Form B, the FSSAI registration form. FSSAI Central License FSSAI Central License: FBOs that generate more over Rs. 20 crore in annual revenue are required to get an FSSAI Central License.
