Phea is innovative and finds opportunities to bring more value and success to Delta. For example, she was speaking with a customer in Seattle about the SkyBonus Program. As you know, PACT represents each area of Global Sales including Field Sales, Sales Development, and Sales Operations and creating engagements supporting important initiatives for Bob and Kristen. CWL is a program that pairs leaders with small groups of Global Sales colleagues to have open, safe, and virtual conversations on a selected topic. The sessions provide an opportunity for front line employees to get to know leaders outside of the chain of command, and for those leaders to get to know employees from other teams. Phea (aka rock star!) was a key member of the planning team. The team met on a regular basis to develop an innovative program of engagements and connections during a challenging COVID-19 pandemic. Phea demonstrated the four essential behaviors we look for at Delta. Phea unlocked potential in developing capabilities in herself and others through organizing the CWL program and running virtual roundtable sessions. Phea stayed curious, courageous, and decisive as the planning team innovated the program by adding two sessions in Spanish, restructuring the programs format, and documenting the process for the next planning team. Phea’s commitment to PACT was a difference maker as she helped to reinvent the CWL plan and execute the program with excellence. Phea connected authentically with others and communicated effectively. The CWL program helps employees chart the course as they share experiences and best practices to innovate and adapt as we all learn to live in a COVID-19 world. Even under very difficult circumstances when the Global Agency Sales team experienced a shortage of resources, Phea remained our main point of contact for several months and kept the partnership operating, while then also training new recruits. Throughout these challenging times, she remained passionate about her role, relentlessly delivering top notch support, and never missing a deadline or having to lower expectations.
