Nevertheless, weighing and measuring your food, at least in the beginning stages of your INTRAFITT Program will not only improve your skills in maintaining effective eating habits (especially when away from home), it may also greatly reduce the cost of your grocery bill by thousands of dollars in less than one year! Your certified INTRAFITTCounselor will thoroughly explain how to weigh and measure the foods in your nutrition plan and will teach you how to use the INTRAFITT Food Exchange Program in the event you do not have access to your online INTRAFITT Nutrition Coach. Additional Tips for Increased Dietary Success •Unless otherwise specified in your meal templates, beef, fish and poultry should be weighed and measured prior to cooking due to the amount of water that is typically lost during the cooking process. •Construct your meals using whole natural foods as often as possible instead of refined and processed foods. •If you choose to have a meal-replacement bar or shake in exchange for a \"food meal\", it is recommended that you do not have more than (1) one per day.
