Two. However, the Delegates shall respect the prior amendment discussions and decisions as stipulated in Rule 20 before raising a request to re-amend. 7. The Track Chair will work, according to their roles as stipulated in the ROP, to create consensus among the delegations. It is in the best interest of all Delegations to reach the consensus unanimously. 8. The Y20 Co-Chairs and/or Track Chair may deny requests for amendment after the decision has been agreed. 9. If consensus is not yet reached despite what is stated in Rule 21 No.7, because of the nature of the G20, stronger efforts are required to realign in order to reach a full consensus. Summit Session Three (offline) The Final Plenary Rule 22 1.Each Track appoints a Delegate to represent their Track and present the On-Record Sessions’ results of their Track during the Final Plenary and how it contributes to the Final Communique. There will be a total of four (4) Delegate Representatives, one from each Track, that will present these results. 2.The finalization of the draft communique will commence in Session Three (Final Plenary). All Delegates must agree on the draft communique before adoption, where every Head Delegate will sign the signatory appendix in the final communique. 3.The Y20 Co-Chairs will lead the signing off of the Y20 2021 Final Communique.
