You can leave us a note of your preferred shade and we’re happy to check the availability for you. Can I see how the stones look next to each other? Yes, for sure! We understand that it could be hard to envision how the stones look next to each other. We’re more than happy to provide you with up to 3 free mockups if you’re in doubt with the design. Can I change the design? Yes, we have plenty of options for you to get creative. You can request design tweaks like angles of the stones or the curve of the ring band should you wish to wear your birthstone ring as a nesting ring. Can I have a similar design to an existing piece of jewelry? Sure! But please note there are some limitations depending on the stone(s) availability and the difculty level to craft the original design. Can I have a similar design to a jewelry from another shop/designer? We appreciate the creativity and hard work of other designers to create such beautiful jewelry, therefore we don’t copy designs from other creatives. Do you still have this (sold out) stone? When will you restock this stone again? Restocking stones will depend on the availability of the stones from our supplier. It could be easy but it could be hard to source certain stones. So we can't say the exact time to restock the stones or if we'll ever restock the stones. Best thing to do? Just ask. 53
