ABOUT US As MAHSA continues to grow, the life of MAHSA Lab - a division of MAHSA Group - begins. MAHSA Laboratory established on November 2020 to provide a medical laboratory service using up-to-date technology and instruments while placing the needs of our customers first. MAHSA Lab is committed to work with doctors with the objective of facilitating effective patient clinical management while determined for accuracy of testing, responsiveness to customer needs and timeliness of service. MAHSA Lab is under MAHSA Health Sdn Bhd, along with Physiotherapy Centre, Dialysis Centre, Policlinics and Dental Centre. Our target clients are general practitioners, private healthcare centres, and corporate sectors.

MAHSA Lab provides a variety of PAGE 3 laboratory tests using the best methods with good quality control to ensure the customers receive laboratory test results which are accurate and reliable with reasonable selling price. OPERATION HOURS The operation hours of the laboratory as follows: Office Hours Monday to Friday: 9:00am to 5:00pm Saturday: 9:00am to 2:00pm Sunday/Public Holidays: Closed Specimen Receiving & Dispatch Service Hours Monday to Friday: 9:00am to 4:00pm Saturday: 9:00am to 12:00pm Sunday/Public Holidays: Closed TURN AROUND TIME Generally, the turnaround time (TAT) is within 24 to 48 hours from the time of specimen receive for routine collections. Meanwhile urgent samples will be processed within shortest possible time to satisfy our client’s need. SERVICES

The laboratory take part in several internationally recognized Quality Assurance programs including the local programs as the following:

External Quality Assurance Services (EQAS) – fully accredited, comprehensive program with large peer groups and technical support from experienced specialists. The program intended for independent and confidential external assessment of laboratory performance. Randox International Quality Assessment Scheme (RIQAS) – an ISO9002 accredited scheme with more than 50, 000 laboratory participating globally. Beckman Coulter IQAP – Beckman Coulters Electronic Quality Assurance Programs are web-based programs that complement laboratories quality control process. Laboratory Quality Assurance Scheme (LABQAS) – The Malaysian Institute of Medical Laboratory Sciences (MIMLS) in partnership with the College of Pathologist, Academy of Medicine runs the LABQAS for Quality Assurance program for various laboratories in Malaysia.
