while other call centers work primarily withsales.Some do even do both.For the individual who considers working in a callcenter it is good to know just how variable callcenter services can be.Some work with a minimal wage, offering bonusesandincentives, some have a base pay that is higherwithvarious promotional incentives, and yet othersworkmore on a commission basis with greatcommissions.In either case, for the right individual, one canmakegood money within a call center.Some of the difficulties are the endless hours of
talking. It can be long hours at a desk, with callafter call of people complaining, calling younames,and being down right rude.Some of the better points however, is you get tospeakto people from all over. You can make good moneyandthere 抯 often room for growth and change. Infact,change is one of the things Call Centers are wellknown for.Whether in sales or offering customer service,for theright person, working in a Call Center can be afunand well paying career opportunity.
