Call to Worship One: Joy indescribable, hope unbelievable, love inconceivable came down to earth! All: We gather excitedly and expectantly, as we prepare the way for Christ to come again! One: We confess that we are so busy preparing for the holiday, that we sometimes forget to prepare the way of the Lord. All: We gather excitedly, we stand expectantly – worshipping as a way of making room for the Savior this season. One: On this fourth Sunday of Advent, we light a candle that reminds us of the love Christ came to share. All: This Advent, we worship the One who was, and is, and is to come. We give the gift of love, because Christ first loved us. Amen!

Isaiah 9:7 — Of the greatness of his government and peace, there will be no end … The zeal of the Lord Almighty will accomplish this. James 1:16-17 — Don’t be deceived, my dear brothers and sisters. Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows. John 1:16 — Out of his fullness, we have all received grace in place of grace already given. (NIV) John 1:16 — From his abundance, we have all received one gracious blessing after another. (NLT)
