Call to Worship One: Sing! Sing unto the Lord! All: Let’s make a joyful noise unto the Lord! Let’s worship God with gladness. One: We were made to worship! So, we come into God’s presence with singing! All: Thank you Lord for your Amazing Grace! It’s brought us from a mighty long way – and brought us to this new day! One: As we approach a new school year, we give thanks that God is always doing a new thing. All: Thank you God, for giving us a fresh start! One: It’s a new season! It’s a new day! All: A fresh anointing is coming our way. Lord, give us grace, make us wise, empower us to worship and serve. Amen.

Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is — his good, pleasing and perfect will.

Here’s What’s Happening at 1st Church -August 15: West District Hymn Sing — You’re invited to celebrate and rejoice together in song with other Methodist churches.
