AM Custom (Up to 15 billable hours a month) 100,000.00 NOTES: 1. All legal transactions are subject to at least 30% deposit upon receipt of instructions. 2. Short cycle transactions are subject to upfront payment of legal fees. 3. For court matters, attendances are billed on a rolling basis with payments requests to be settled prior to the court date. 4. All disbursements/fees except office expenses (paper, phone, printing) shall be supported by official government receipts. 5. Corporate clients are required to deduct WHT prior to remittance of fees above the threshold. 6. All taxes shall be remitted via clients’ iTax accounts.
