What is the Brand Ambassador Program? Every time someone buys a home, a tidal waveof spending follows. In today’s media culture,where home renovation shows are everywhere,everyone wants the newest and latest updates.Even young buyers are increasing their spendingto keep up with the latest trends. What Inspired This Program? As business owners we work so hard. We desperately want to build something successful that will make a huge impact. Sometimes it can be hard to see our blind spots and missed areas of opportunity. There is strength in numbers. Working alongside amazing people can help us avoid costly mistakes. I felt so strongly about this idea that I spent a couple months searching to see if anyone was doing this at a high level and if it was truly beneficial to everyone in the group. Fortunately, there were several real estate teams across the country that were already doing this successfully. One of those teams were having results that were so good it was hard to believe. Has this been done anywhere else? They were an amazing real estate team out of Texas that has a group of about 30 businesses all of which are profitably growing their businesses together. I purchased all the materials I could get my hands on so I could have direct access to learn exactly how they put their program together. The biggest takeaway I had was the power of the business mastermind and the absolute effectiveness of co marketing when businesses have full faith and confidence in each other. So this is the mostimportant requirement and certainly one that if not metwould be fastest cause of dismissal.Here are the standards for customer service.1. Respond quickly (24 hours or less) time to all leads and inquiries.2. Always do what you say you are going to do.3. Have a system in place to make sure great service is provided.4. Have a client feedback system where all customers are asked to provide feedback and rate their experience and results are used to improve process.5. Go above and beyond to correct problems and make things right. Be willing to sacrifice in the event a resolution isn’t easy to find. Brand Ambassador Program

What are the requirements?1. A business owner or someone with sufficient influence over the business.2. You must run a business that has a growth mindset and has a desire to scale..3. You must be committed to excellent customer service and have a willingness to track client feedback. See previous page for more on this.4.
