Why are Platinum Realty agents required to adhere to branding and logo guidelines?It’s simple. As your broker, Platinum Realty holds responsibility for your business and practices. Real Estate Commissionsrequire that broker information and logos are included in all agent’s marketing and materials to show licensee’s a lia-tion with the brokerage.How do agents bene t from adhering to Platinum’s branding guidelines?E ective branding is a powerful component of any successful company. It does not only impact our overall success, butthe success of each one of our agents as well. Additionally, our brand image a ects the level of demand — and there-fore the salability of our company.Branding, like marketing, is what attracts customers. A powerful brand immediately draws customers to the company.E ective branding works to bring awareness of our services to customers and to provide a level of standards that theycan come to expect and enjoy. Brand building is by far the most powerful tool that businesses have to improve pro tsand protect themselves against competitors.In today’s highly competitive markets, it’s more important than ever to stand out from the crowd – to win the heartsand minds of our customers. A strong brand helps di erentiate our company. Beyond increased awareness, e ectivebranding increases customer loyalty and advocacy – reducing marketing costs for all agents.A powerful brand that commands widespread consumer awareness and customer loyalty will engender a strongdemand for our agents, and increase the overall value of the company.

All Real Estate Commissions require licensees to follow speci c guidelines when advertisingproperty listings and follow all requirements considered necessary by supervising brokers.Platinum Realty requires the following information be included in all real estate relatedadvertising: logo The Platinum Realty logo must be displayed on all materials, including your social media pages and emails, when used for advertising your services, conducting business or a liating yourself with Platinum Realty in any way. On all materials, the logo needs to be prominently and conspicuously displayed in comparison to the licensee or team name. Personal logos are allowed, as long as the Platinum Realty logo is also clearly visible. The size of the logo can be changed, however porpor- tions must remain the same. Alterations of the logo, including stretching or editing colors, are not permitted. phone number The o ce phone number (888-220-0988) must be displayed on all printed and digital materials, including business cards, promotional items, signs and advertisements. *** If you are unsure if your materials meet graphic standards, please email the artwork to [email protected] to con rm. *** For large scale advertising such as billboards, TV ads, bus ads, etc., artwork must be submitted to [email protected] for approval prior to execution.
