4. Imaging Solution Division IMS Division ABA Medical provides products and solutions for Radiology, Oncology, and their Accessories and help in planning new Radiology Centers This division is divided into 3 Units as follows 1. Oncology Unit 2. Radiology Unit 3. HIT Unit
I. Oncology Unit • At Oncology Department and as a fast growing department we dare acquire innovative solutions for cancer prevention, diagnosis, treatment, supportive care. • Being IBA Authorized distributor gave us the chance to move the Oncology Sector to a whole new level in Qatar introducing the Proton Therapy
II. Radiology Unit This unit takes care of the Sourcing & Supply of Equipment for Diagnostic Imaging, X-Rays, Ultrasound, CT scans, MRI, etc. and the accessories for all these equipment's. About 90 per cent of the top-of-the-range equipment’s supplied by this department is from world-reputed Siemens. Printing media, X-ray films and other related materials are sourced from Kodak. There are also a few other international companies from whom we have been importing materials and equipment’s. III. HIT Unit • The HIT unit provides systems and tools that make up the supportive environment in health care facility. Computer, software solutions and networking solutions needed for a medical facility such as PACS system are provided by this department. Customer Services ABA Medical provides after sales services for its products and solutions in Radiology, Oncology, Medical devices, Dental Treatment centers, Laboratory and their Accessories
I. Imaging Customer Services The Customer Services will be in charge of the installations and commissioning of Radiology & Oncology Equipment in our clients’ premises. We undertake the maintenance and services of the equipment's that we supply to our customers. Our resident engineers are well trained in the manufacturers’ premises so that they could impart the most efficient services to our value customers. We take care of the machines after sales service and we have undertaken the maintenance contract for equipment's with expired warranty. The department ensures continued operation of all machines in good working condition as well safety of both patients and the in-users.
II. Lab / Diagnostic Customer Services • The Laboratory unit specializes in the installation of laboratory equipment, such as chemistry analyzers, hematology analyzers, centrifuges, water stiller etc. Besides supplying related equipment, we are also responsible for the installation and commissioning of Laboratory equipment. The staff in charge is factory trained so that they could impart the most efficient services to our value clients. • Designed the pre-installation requirement, installed and commission of all Imaging and Networking Laser printer / Pneumatic Tube System after sales. Performed periodic preventive maintenance to all Laser printers.
III. Medical Customer Services • The Medical Department procures and supplies equipment like Electrocardiograph machines, Hemodialysis machines, Blood pressure monitor, Spirometers, Servo Ventilators, Operating Tables etc. Besides taking care of the installations and maintenance of the equipment, we also offer service contract after the warranty expires. • We supply and install sports therapy equipment's and fitness equipment’s in hospitals, clinics, gyms and fitness centers. We source equipment like treadmill, bicycle, multigym systems etc. Al Fardan Housing, Aspire Academy for sports Excellence, Qatar Sport Olympic Committee, Hamad Medical Corporation etc are some of our esteemed clients.
IV. Dental Customer Services This unit executes service, installation and commissioning of Dental equipment supplied for both private and government customers. – Prepare plan for dental projects to be installed and installation of dental software including the networking of digital x-rays. – Conduct regular periodic preventive maintenance of dental equipment for customer with contract and equipment with under warranty. – Hamad Medical Corporation, Rumeilah Dental Center, Qatar Petroleum, Qatar Armed Forces, Ministry of Interior etc. are some of our esteemed clients.
