ORGANIZATION OVERVIEW Shahi Skill Development, founded in 2013, began its journey by piloting its first center and project in Odisha under Ajeevika for the DDU-GKY initiative. With a vision to empower women and families, Shahi has established itself as a one-stop solution, addressing the need for skilled operators and employment opportunities. With a remarkable 70% female workforce, Shahi Skill Development has become a catalyst for women's empowerment.
