Comments of MoUD Raipur Smart City Plan

MoUD Observations  Plans were not integrated  Needed Detailed Financials  City Wide Indicators needed to be referenced  MOU with Stakeholders needed Other Expert Comments  Please provide quantified city indicators  Overall flow and city vision is clear and not much work is needed in that direction  Main concern is that Plan has become a series of projects rather than a set of comprehensive Planning interventions.  Individual market development is isolated and does not have a consolidated management strategy.  Detailed costings should be provided.  Proposal has several good elements and has addressed most smart city features but lack integration.  Pan City solution does not have buy in of Police department.  Financial Plan needs more detailing  Implementation Plan needs more clarity.
