INPSAA career counseling program helps students of Grade 9 to 12 acquire the knowledge, skills, and experience necessary to identify options, explore alternatives, succeed in society, and prepare them for the changing workplace of the 21st century. Our Program is described in the table below. The career counselling department provides the following facilities throughout the academic year:  An orientation program is dedicated for students who are in the self-exploration stage to allow them discover their skills, abilities, favorite subjects, areas of strengths, and areas of improvement.  An orientation program is dedicated to allow Grades 9-12 students learn more about the INPSAA credit hour system, elective courses for every grade level. Students are guided when choosing their elective courses and are exposed to different workshops about career pathways building.  One to One or 3 D counseling sessions are continuously available for high-school students and their parents during the whole academic year.

 Career & universities exhibitions are held in INPSAA every academic year. Students and parents are invited to join the exhibition and meet various national and international universities.  Experts from different industries meet with high-school students and share with them their jobs specifications including the required skills, educational background, and assigned tasks.  Organizing a Job Shadowing Week which prepares curious, driven, and ambitious students for the future of work. Students are exposed to a variety of different industries and roles by being paired with organizations and professionals in the fields they are most interested in.  Participating in workshops about future careers in which they learn more about the future opportunities. Students will plot their own career plans.  Helping high-school students (9-12) accomplish 30 hours of community service during their high-school years by creating volunteering opportunities. Internal and external volunteering programs are available for our students. Volunteer.ae is the main external volunteering platform where students can participate in any available event. The career counseling department facilitates internal volunteering opportunities as well, such as peer tutoring program, organizational volunteering tasks, workshops and events organization volunteering tasks, ect…  Guiding students in applying for EMSAT, IELTS, and SAT exams. Furthermore, counselor assists students in the university applications, including NAPO application and abroad universities application (Through the common app or UCAS).  Facilitating after school courses for SAT and IELTS preparation.  Presenting all the available scholarship opportunities and help students find the most suitable one. Guidance sessions are continuously available to assist the student in completing their scholarship applications.  Strengthening the communication with parents through updating them with the right information about the credit system procedures, the scholarships, the ADEK regulations and updates, report cards attestations, diploma equivalency, etc…
