The buildings of contrasting size provide anConstruction Costs: $28 Million attractive variety of potential lease space in a desirable location near the New Jersey turnpike. Barnes & Noble and USA Facilities, previously constructed and occupied, round out the foursome of the development.

New Speculative Office and Warehouse KTR Northeast Business Park, Washington Township, NJ905,000 SF This 905,000 SF speculative office/warehouse structure designed by M+H for KTR2007 Capital Partners provides first class office and distribution space to potential tenants. The site provides ample dock capabilities with large car and trailer parking capacity. The multiple tenant design with 36’ clear height structure provides desirable flexibility for a wide range of potential end users.

New Office/Warehouse Building Shell Middlesex Center Boulevard, South Brunswick, NJ1,401,500 SF This project, for IDI, is part of a newly created warehouse district that includes2006 three buildings, contains a 1.35 Mil. SF foot warehouse facility in South Brunswick, NJ, and which was designed to be occupied by two tenants. The building contains two identical 675,600 SF bulk distribution centers, each with its own main entrance. The building’s interior features include bar joist for a 36’ clear height and 50’ x 50’ column spacing. Precast load bearing concrete wall panels clad the building because they offered cost, durability, and speed benefits. Erection of the panels took only 30 days. The precast concrete walls were finished with reveals cast into the panels, and they were painted on site after erection.

New Operations, Call Center & Distribution Facility DM Management, Tilton, NH450,000 SF Distribution, 40,000 SF Ofc. This is a high tech multi-function facility for D M Management, the1998 corporate structure for a women’s clothing mail order service.Construction Costs: $14 Million The building houses the offices within a two story vaulted and skylit structure that is attached to the operations and distribution center by a two story link. This link encloses a multi-purpose dining area that overlooks a landscaped patio. Above the dining area is a fitness center that has views of the New Hampshire landscape through skylight dormers. The building is also equipped with its own call center to receive incoming orders. The call center is central to the facility and allows immediate handling of the orders directly to the distribution center. The distribution center handles the order via a sophisticated material handling system that speeds the delivery of the selection to the customer. The shipping and receiving area is immediately adjacent to and within the 450,000 SF distribution center. Automotive Parts Distribution Facility Ford HVC, Cranbury, NJ300,000 SF Ford Motor Company’s new high velocity parts distribution facility is strategi-2004 cally located to provide quick access to dealerships and auto service centers forConstruction Costs: $10.8 Million fast delivery of repair parts. The design responds to Ford’s requirements and interior storage system to ensure that orders can be received, filed, packaged and shipped within a very short timeframe. The building is constructed of precast concrete panels and steel roof framing. Shipping and receiving docks are configured for maximum efficiency and heavy traffic flow.

New Transaction Services Facility & Expansion Citi, Urbandale, IA168,720 SF On at tight budget and up against a six-month deadline, Citi wanted to build a2005-Phase I, 2008-Phase II state-of-the-art facility to house its 600 Citi employees, as well as automatedConstruction Costs: $21 Mil., Phase I equipment for printing statements, opening mail and processing payments. This building completes phase I of three phases of a new business park located in suburban Des Moines, Iowa. As a precaution, this transaction services facility utilizes technologically advanced security measures such as retina scanning and other anti-terrorism safeguards. With the use of innovative construction techniques to keep costs low and aesthetics high, M+H delivered a 168,720 SF building that is high tech, high security and high class, setting the architectural standard for a brand new business park. In late 2008, M+H and Clayco completed another project for Citi in Urbandale, this time on a Payment Processing Center Expansion. 2007 TCA Tilt-Up Concrete Association Tilt-Up Achievement Award - Office Division

New Distribution/Warehouse Facility, and Expansion Amscan, Chester, NY526,566 SF - Building One This building is a new 526,566 SF distribution and warehouse facility built in the351,894 - Expansion Catskill Mountains for Amscan, “The Party People.” Approximately 18,000 SF of2001 and 2006 the facility accommodates office space and the remaining 508,566 SF is used asConstruction Cost: $19.5 Mil. Bldg. One distribution/warehouse space. It supplements operations of four other distribu- tion centers across the country and includes a series of multi-level pick modules, a three-level mezzanine and an intricate sortation and conveyor system. The building is used to sort, pack and ship the company’s line of party products. Constructed of tilt-up concrete panels, the single-story building features a dark gray reflective glass curtainwall system and a canopied main entrance. In 2006, we completed a 351,894 SF single story addition to the original project, which included additional pick modules, storage racks for products, and 20 addi- tional loading docks.

Distribution Center Sweetheart Cup, Baltimore, MD1,034,000 SF Located near one of Sweetheart Cup’s largest manufacturing plants, this distri-2000 bution center of over a million square feet facilitated the stockpiling of cups,Construction Costs: $23 Million until they are needed, for mega-clients such as McDonald’s, Wendy’s and others. The warehouse incorporates a smoke evacuation system, high-pile storage, an automated pick system and pallet wrap stations.

Speculative Office/Distribution Facility LogistiCenter, Allentown, PA595,000 SF This project is a new, single story, speculative office/distribution building with2003 cross-docks, two drive-in doors and provisions for rail-access at the northeast building corner. The building construction utilizes exterior load-bearing pre-cast panels and steel joist girder/bar joist roof framing and is located on a 69.8-acre parcel in Lower Nazareth Township, PA.

New Refrigerated Storage Building Save-a-Lot, Winchester, KY397,330 SF Save-A-Lot, Ltd. is a division of SuperValue Foods, the nation’s second largest1997 food wholesaler. This state-of-the-art distribution facility provides 287,000 SF ofConstruction Costs: $14 Million 28’ clear height dry goods storage and 100,000 SF of temperature-zoned perish- able goods storage, ranging from 55° F coolers to -10° F freezers. Separate dry and cold dock areas are situated to allow efficient movement of product. A 10,000 SF “Class A” office component includes break rooms, conference rooms, dispatch area and employee cafeteria. Built entirely of tilt-up concrete panels, the low-temp areas utilized the Thermo-Mass systems for insulated panels.

New Fulfillment Center Disney, Jonesville, SC512,195 SF Disney Direct Marketing Services, Inc. built a new, 512,000 SF fulfillment center1998 in Jonesville, South Carolina to support its dramatically improved catalog andConstruction Costs: $15 Million website sales. The warehouse and office are constructed of tilt-up concrete panels, steel roof and interior framing. The warehouse has incorporated state-of- the-art material handling equipment, conveying systems and racking. The one-story 20,904 SF office/support area provides central security, cafeteria, kitchen, locker room for 912 lockers, training room, computer room, toilets, administrative offices and a small outlet store. Satellite offices, toilets and break rooms are dispersed throughout the warehouse facility.

Distribution Facility with Office Space Buske Lines, Houston, TX170,000 SF This project is a new, single story, 170,000 SF warehouse and office building2002 located in Houston, Texas for BUSKE Lines, Inc. Approximately 165,000 SF isConstruction Costs: $5.1 Million warehouse space, with a clear height of 39’. Approximately 5,000 SF of office space is located on 2 levels of the building. Construction consists of painted concrete tilt-up panels, steel roof structure with T.P.O. roofing, aluminum framed windows with insulated tinted glazing, sheet metal faced wall panels at office area with prefinished sheet metal fascias. Sitework includes concrete paving and walks, landscaping and flagpoles.

Distribution Facility Neuman Distributors, Teterboro, NJ332,350 SF This project was a new, 332,350 SF distribution facility for the Morris Companies,1999 which was leased to Neuman Distributors for storage, sorting, packaging andConstruction Costs: $9.8 Million distribution of pharmaceutical products. The facility was designed to meet appli- cable U.S. Food and Drug Administration requirements and includes a secured vault for narcotic medications, a refrigerated area for perishable drugs, a 3-level pick mezzanine, extensive material handling and conveyor systems and 14,500 SF of office space. 1998 New Jersey Chapter of the American Concrete Institute Merit Award - Tilt-Up

New Distribution Center and Expansion Dick’s Sporting Goods, Pittsburgh, PA383,000 SF - New Building - 1999 This first facility, finished in 1999, is a state-of-the-art distribution center for214,000 SF - Expansion - 2005 Dick’s Clothing and Sporting Goods retail outlets in the Pittsburgh, PA region.Construction Costs: $11.1 Mil.- New Automated material handling equipment serves 70 shipping dock doors and 35$9 Mil.- Expansion receiving dock doors. The tilt-up concrete structure houses approximately 160,000 SF of storage area in addition to the shipping and receiving space, and 7,500 SF of office/staff support area. A 214,000 SF expansion to this facility serving an additional 65 shipping and 35 receiving dock doors was completed in 2005.
