` APEEJAY SCHOOL, MODEL TOWN, JALANDHAR EDUCATIONAL EXCURSION TO WONDERLAND CLASSES I to V Dear Parent, Date: 19th May 2022 The school is facilitating to send students on an educational excursion to Wonderland in collaboration with Bonvoyage Tours & Travels and Valedra. The Amusement Park has more than 20 fantastically created and placed rides and attractions ensuring that you have the time of your life with your friends. Along with the classic rides, students will get to enjoy modern thrillers like Paratrooper, Frisbee, and many more. The idea is to provide the students with an opportunity to go out with their peer group and have a great fun time while practising teamwork, cooperation, empathy and other social skills. As we are taking learning outside the classroom, the lessons learnt are experiential in nature and very important for the overall development of students. Please encourage your child to take part in all activities enthusiastically. The excursion to Wonderland is scheduled for May 14th, 2022. Brief of the Excursion: ● Day trip to Wonderland Theme Park ● The group is led by a Tour Manager from the Organizer's side and School Teachers will accompany the students. Inclusions Exclusions Transportation via school bus Any Damage or destruction in any way while “On Tour” Student-friendly delicious food Beverages and Food consumed outside of the meal plan Entry fees Any increase in the govt. taxes leading to an increase in the surface transportation and land arrangements which may come into effect prior to departure and or escalation of taxes as are applicable All other expenses not specifically mentioned in “Inclusions” Tour Price: The program is attractively priced at Rs.1,200/- per student inclusive of GST. Mode of Payment: Payments to be made in favour of “Valedra International Private Limited” via cheque or cash. Last date of enrollment: May 26th, 2022 Payment Terms: 100% payment at the “time of booking”. Registration would be done on a first come first serve basis as the seats are limited. Late entries will not be entertained.
