HOLIDAY HOMEWORK SESSION-2021-22 CLASS-V Month of May brought long, hot days, And now we have our summer holiday Summer holidays mean no to school, Waking up late with no set rule. Little home work, easy to be done, Lesser studies and lot's of fun. Playing and talking and watching cartoon, Fun continues till the end of June. Beautiful time comes once in a year, Summer holidays are best days ever.

“The anxious and unusual times bring unforeseen difficulties but the best of human nature can rise to the challenge.” Dear parents We all have within us the strength, the patience and the passion to reach the stars and to change the world. Let’s not fear change, embrace it. Life is all about moving on, accepting changes and looking forward to what makes us more adaptable and stronger. Although change is inevitable, it does not mean to completely turn your life into an exhaustive one. All the changes slip seamlessly into our routine life, and before we know it, that change becomes our new normal. Spontaneously, it becomes a part of our celebrations, mini-breaks, and holidays. And Summer holidays are not an exception. We are beginning with the summer holidays starting from 24th May 2021 to 30th June 2021, followed by a productive regimen to keep your child intrigued and fresh with life morals. Let’s not forget that this year holidays are not meant to explore the world outside but present an opportunity to rediscover ourselves while staying home and being safe. So, let your child embark on a journey of fun and adventure by reading books, exercising, meditating, dancing and channelizing his/her energy in a positive manner, with you being a guiding light. We are asking for a little favour from you, be a source of motivation for our little Columbians, and help them maintain the momentum and rigour that has been built during the online learning through the last few weeks. We solicit your support and cooperation in making this break ‘a homeschool learning rather than a school at home experience.’ Let’s stir love, care, and compassion and make a good recipe to be shared proudly with the world. Thanks and regards Team GCIS “This too shall pass. And we will pick up right from where we left !!!”
