FULL PICTURE WEBSITE Full Pictures software takes end users on a visual conversation with an agent. FULL PICTURE WEBSITE Following a rebrand for full picture for their visual conversation software, they looked to 950 for help with their online presence. Full picture struggle to show and explain the benefits to clients when communicated via verbal and written word alone. Not only that, but full picture is also faced with the marketing challenge of being a product that solves a problem that businesses at first glance, don’t necessarily realise they have. They needed a website that addresses these complex concerns.

Transfers you can all smile about

FAMILY TRANSFERS Launching in the London area with a plan to roll out to other UK cities and then onto European cities, family transfers needed a company that could not only develop a business system that would enable them to trade online but also deliver a brand consultancy and design service to optimise the website brief they provided. They chose 950 to deliver the complete solution! 950 knew the importance of creating a brand and style that fits with a business model and company ethos.

FAMILY TRANSFERS We created a character of a minivan to front the brand, with doodle features to illustrate human qualities and characteristics. Subtle animated flourishes were used throughout the site to reflect and bolster the fun and family branding of family transfers, creating the accompanying tagline “transfers you can all smile about” to highlight their value proposition. We also developed user friendly admin portals for adding new product locations, suppliers and route points, as well as managing the general back office functions. By introducing a user friendly CMS to update their marketing messages with a CRM integration, we tied online and offline marketing activities together, providing them with one unified view of their customer. All this functionality has allowed family transfers to launch their new business venture quickly, but without compromising on branding, marketing and marketing tools, or future scalability of the platform.









CAR CARE PLAN Car care plan (CCP) is one of the world’s leading providers of vehicle warranty, asset protection, and motoring programmes. Registering more than 1 million products each year through their work with the industry’s leading dealerships and manufacturers. Car care plan (CCP) needed help with the backend of the current system they use and in particular needed help looking at the specific array of integrations they required and how they could work with their current backend system. They also needed to take steps to ensure they kept up with the way people consume information online.

CAR CARE PLAN CCP’s old site was a fixed width site which wouldn’t react to the plethora of different devices that it could possibly be viewed on, which can cause issues with engagement for their users. Responsive web design the approach of laying out and coding a website in such a way that the website provides an optimal viewing experience, this allows ease of reading and navigation with the minimum of resizing, panning, and scrolling across a wide range of devices. CCP were looking for the development of their platform to promote different product brands and have greater control of their online presence, the best way to achieve this was by incorporating a white-label solution across their various car manufacturers they work with. Deployment of CCP’s white-label sites can be quick and extremely efficient for the many different brands they needed, providing them with greater control.
