About the Role Role Human Resource Location Manager Lohia Worldspace provides advice that is Starting New Delhi commercially grounded, yet ambitious. The Human Resource, is responsible for employment policies and procedures, overseeing payroll and rewards and recognition programs as well as managing workplace safety initiatives. Along with administering employee-benefit programs, the HR Manager role involves finding, screening, recruiting new job applicants and developing training and development programs for all employees. Experience and Attributes MUST HAVES – Deep alignment with Our Values and an active interest in design and sustainability is essential for any of Our People – Ability to identify opportunities to continuously improve our processes and practices – Strong fundamental understanding of key HR processes with ability to think through aspects of design, execution and capability building for successful implementing some of the key HR policies and processes – Proficiency in identifying metrics and undertaking analysis to evaluate effectiveness of the key processes being implemented – Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, and representing the organization at hearings. – Supports organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; and recommending changes. – Ability to solve problems through understanding of business priorities and being able to link them to the design of the initiative – Influencing – Ability to work with a diverse team across zones and drive change through processes, capability building and communication

Tasks RESPONSIBILITY : – Enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. – Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions. – Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; and counseling employees and supervisors. – Implements employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; and designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs. – Onboarding newcomers to the company – Determining suitable salaries and remuneration – Providing the necessary support systems for payroll requirements – Developing adequate induction and training – Supporting employee opportunities for professional development – Managing succession planning of staff – Assisting with the performance management and review process QUALIFICATION/SKILL: Applicants should have completed a Master's in Business Administration / Post Graduation in Human Resources from a Tier 1 – Tier 2 B-School & must possess at least 3 to 5 years of work experience with the HR function. RESEARCH : Cultivates professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
