About Us Following years of working in the ‘agency’ world, Andrew decided to transition in to starting his own provision of assessments & social work services. With an excellent knowledge of the sourcing and procurement of Child & Family Assessments, Andrew is responsible for establishing the company in 2018. Luna’s operation is also overseen by Senior Independent Social Worker, Ms. Maddy Jones who brings a wealth of knowledge, and uses her expertise to give the final sign off on every report we file. Our Quality Assurance process exists to ensure that all of Luna’s reports are accurate and grammatically correct, as well as being checked thoroughly for content, plus careful analysis of conclusions and recommendations. Our Quality Assurance Officers have been carefully selected by Luna’s directors due to their vast industry experience. All of whom have excellent experience in management at local authorities & monitoring reports in their respective fields. As well as providing analytical review of reports, our QA Consultants are also on hand to provide our practitioners with guidance & support throughout the course of each assessments.
