COMMON QUESTIONS ARE YOUR PRODUCTS UL OR CSA LISTED? Yes. All of our power supplies are either UL or ETL listed or recognized, and the majority of our LED lights and connectors are listed under CSA certificate number 70051241 and 70058254. ARE YOUR LEDS DIMMABLE? Yes. Unless otherwise stated, all Inspired LED lights and panels are dimmable with compatible system configurations. HOW LONG DO YOUR LEDS LAST? Most of our LED lights are rated to last up to 100,000 hours, or around ten years. ARE PRODUCT SAMPLES AVAILABLE? We have an LED flex strip and connector sample board available for purchase, or if there is a specific product you are interested in, you can order a 1AMP power supply and request individual strip samples to test brightness and color. HOW DO I KNOW HOW MUCH LED FLEX TO ORDER? When measuring for placement of LED strips, we recommend subtracting three inches from the total available space in order to leave room for end connectors. Be sure to check power requirements on pg.__ to prevent voltage drop. HOW DO I DETERMINE HOW MUCH POWER I NEED? See our website or catalog page 29 for our power requirements table, which can help determine how much power your LED system will need. DO YOUR LEDS GET HOT? Our LEDs run much cooler than standard incandescent bulbs and are safe to handle even after being left on for long periods of time. DO YOU HAVE SPEC SHEETS FOR YOUR PRODUCTS?
