Since you havedemonstrated a willingness to compromise this vision by not only having no knowledge of workdomain but also not even having minimum standard to learn what was assigned to you, Insteadyou were keen occupy yourself spreading negativity in the organisation. If you still feel you aregood enough, we admit we had rather misquoted “Knows Nothing” as “Poor Performance” in theprevious lay-off letter. Additionally, you had violated the rules and policies of the company by mailing/sharing companywork related documents which deeply reflects your perfectly finished project remarks. However, your claim against working environment was came after company providing extendedlogin time, headset to learn, freedom to access all website and even an extended period of 12days to leave at your comfortability which wont effect the morals of any of the existing employeesif you intended so. We had discussed about female employees numbers during your interviewwherein our CEO Mrs.Anupriya extended all support, which becoming an issue later only reflectsnegativity you wish to spread.It is also approproate for me to inform you the we cannot recommend you to potential futureemployers upon their enquiry.
