About the Trainers Dr Roland Lim has strong expertise in operations management, manufacturing & supply chain strategy, and productivity planning & implementation. His industry experience has enabled him to gain extensive knowledge of the best practices and solutions to tackle various business challenges. He holds an EngD in Industrial Engineering, and MSc & BEng in Engineering. Mr Toh Ming Hon is a Senior Consultant, who specialises on business transformation. He has helped numerous companies to innovate their business models and achieve more than 100% productivity gain using digital technologies. He holds a BEng (Hons.) in Electronic Engineering and a MBA. Mr Ma Bin has over 25 years of experience in operations management and business transformation. His work accolades include A*STAR STAR Employee Award 2014, A*STAR Borderless Award and Ministry of Transport’s Merit Award 2010. He holds a BEng in Computer Software and a MTech in Knowledge Engineering. Ms Christine Ang is a Training & Development Consultant and also an ICT Professional with over 20 years’ experience. She has expertise in managing Global ICT Initiatives & ERP Application Systems. She is an Expert in IT Change Management and in developing Business Applications training.
