หน้าที่ ๓ เนื้อหาโครงการ ความเป็ นมาของไฟล์ซิลล่า ไฟลซ์ ิลลาพฒั นาโดย ทิม คอสส์ (Tim Kosse) โดยเร่ิมจากการบา้ นภายในวชิ าวิทยาการ คอมพวิ เตอร์ ในเดือนมกราคม พ.ศ. ๒๕๔๔ พร้อมกบั เพือ่ นร่วมหอ้ งอีกสองคน โดยพฒั นา รุ่นอลั ฟาปลายเดือนกุมภาพนั ธ์ พ.ศ. ๒๕๔๔ ไฟลซ์ ิลลาไดร้ างวลั โครงการดีเด่นในเวบ็ ของ ซอร์ซ ฟอร์จ (SourceForge) ในเดือน พฤศจิกายน ปี พ.ศ. ๒๕๔๖ โดยซอร์สโคด้ ท้งั หมดของไฟลซ์ ิลลา สามารถดาวน์โหลดไดจ้ ากเวบ็ ซอร์ซฟอร์ คืออะไร เป็นโปรแกรมประเภท Opensource ใชส้ าหรับส่งไฟลจ์ ากเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ส่วนบุคคลของ เรา ข้ึนไปยงั โฮสติ้ง (Server) และดึงไฟลจ์ ากโฮสต้ิงลงมายงั เคร่ืองคอมพวิ เตอร์ส่วนบุคคลของเรา โดยใชโ้ ปรโตคอล FTP โปรแกรมน้ีไดร้ ับความนิยมอยา่ งมากในหมู่ Webmaster (คนสร้างและดูแล เวบ็ ไซต)์ เพราะสามารถ Download โปรแกรมน้ีมาใชง้ านไดฟ้ รี มีการพฒั นาอยตู่ ลอด ทาใหส้ ามารถ ใชค้ วามสามารถใหม่ ๆ ของโปรแกรมน้ีไดต้ ลอด นอกจากน้ีโปรแกรมน้ียงั ใชง้ ่าย และไฟลต์ ิดต้งั ก็ มีขนาดเลก็ ใชเ้ วลาในการ Download เพยี งระยะเวลาอนั ส้นั ใครผลติ ทิม คอสส์ (Tim Kosse) เวอร์ช่ันอดตี -ปัจจุบัน 3.3.5 (2010-11-14)  Bugfixes and minor changes:  Updated language files, otherwise identical with rc1 3.4.0 (2011-03-27)  Bugfixes and minor changes:  Updated translations 3.5.1 (2011-08-28) Bugfixes and minor changes:  Add support for another rate variant of MVS style directory listings
