RECRUITMENT OC 2021.2 Questions w the OCP - Purvi Kathuria What was the best part of being the OCP? The targets were achieved, team bonded well but the only thing that mattered to me was the experience of my OCVP's and fortunately all of them were able to achieve their PDP's. What was the major learning? When you give people a space to work according to their own will and you stay with them as their support system they go beyond their limits to achieve a thing. What was the biggest challenge you had to face? Making the new recruits trust us. How did it feel after completing the recruitments and The Realm | 16 delivering an amazing LTS? It felt more than amazing to complete the recruitments and deliver LTS, this role is something I would be on again and again and will never get bored off. AIESEC in Jaipur

They didn’t get any chance to calm their nerves for they were faced with dares they had to read again to confirm if they were reading it right. After watching people trying various sex positions and dances you can’t see nowhere else, we jumped right into jives. A few tried to keep up with the steps awkwardly while the others laughed at the old members and mirrored their moves, it was somehow a chaos but still not. Finally, they got to calm their nerves and got to learn a bit about AIESEC and how things work here. They were given their departments. Everybody was getting to know their respective leaders better while PM hopped on to different department’s spaces, claiming to be a part of each. Birthdays were celebrated and the new recruits got to know the other VPs better through EB Rotations. With a huge number of amazing sharings, the OC felt proud of completing their recruitments and delivering a successful LTS. Hours had gone by and nobody even noticed with so much going on. A lot many friends were made and everyone clicked pictures with everyone. By the end of it, we had danced together, laughed together, and cried together. We now knew the talents so many of us possessed, we knew the hurt each of us went through and we knew the old happy times we had had. AIESEC in Jaipur The Realm | 19

AIESEC X Course-o-pedia 1. What inspired the idea of course-o-pedia? The Realm | 21 Inspiration for course-o-pedia came from when there was the lockdown many of our friends (mine and Akshat's) did a lot of courses and many of these courses were paid too, but some of them weren't as good or relevant as they sounded. So we came up with an idea what if we provide a demo for a few comparatively popular courses and then we thought of a tie-up with an organization. 2. What was the major objective of this event? The end objective of this event was to provide a skeptical and basic idea of the most enrolled in courses nowadays, that is digital marketing and artificial intelligence. The demo was necessary to give an idea of the courses to the students so as they can invest their money properly and get actual worth out of it. 3. How was your experience of the demo classes that took place? The way the workshop went was amazing. Special mentors with considerable years of experience in their specialized fields were called to deliver the classes. The class was responsive and feedback was good. It actually did help students get a better idea about the courses. 4. What was the best part of the event? The best part of the event was watching satisfied students and not having them be confused about their future certifications. Also, the team that we worked with was amazing and hardworking. CC THIKANA LCONG 2021.2 How did it feel to be promoted to the position of CCP after the last conference when you were the CCVP? Well, the feeling was great of actually getting on the CCP position, this being my 4th CC and finally, I got the responsibility on my shoulders so it was great. Was it more hectic than fun to lead the CC and deliver the conference? No, it's not like that. It was fun working in the CC and organising the event, constantly trying to improve ourselves as a team and make it worthwhile for the delegates. Moreover, I learnt a lot from my CCVPs everyday. On a scale of 1 to 10, how much do you like bartending? Hahaha, Well I would say 10 because it's fun to make others drink and see them getting drunk. The bartending part is the most fun part for me and really enjoy doing it. How did you feel after the conference was over? Ahhhh :( There was so much sadness on our faces when it was last day, our eyes were full of sleep but we didn't want to go home, the people I met at the conference, the time I had with them was taking a replay when the conference got over. Lots and lots of memories were taken back from this Conference. AIESEC in Jaipur The Realm | 22

ANNUAL ELECTION MEET DOOR TO A NEW CHAPTER It was a whole day, summed up to, ‘Passing the Baton’ to the next best leader and believing in the ideas of our next elected leader. Because at that time, all the applicants are equal, irrespective of their position. It was never about who was the best among them but about who was able to envision the best possible future for the LC. AIESEC in Jaipur The Realm | 26

VISION FOR CHANGE The Annual Election Meet started with shit ton The day ended with a party full of dancing and of jives, AIESECers jumping around in tuxes, lots of sculling. A few sat by the pool gazing at shirts, skirts and sarees. Gautam Seth was the stars, thinking about god knows what all. ratified as the RO for the AEM and Harshvardhana Gadhvi as the Chair. Both of them helped a great deal in making the AEM a very smooth process. The three LCP Applicants, Jayant Bhatia, Navita Rathore and Purvi Kathuria each presented their plans in detail. Then they had a hard talk with the Chair which helped us get a better insight of their personalities. Each of the permanent members voted when the time came. While the votes were counted and before the results were announced, we had a short break when probably all three applicants had jitters and cold feet. As we stood by the poolside, all the applicants, Chitransh, Gautam, and HV in front of us at the other side. Shouting in unison, super excited about who was to fall into the pool and take our Local Chapter ahead, Navita was suddenly pushed and the hooting we heard was deafening. Her pretty TLs shouting and running around, LCP and oGTa Roll Calls were chanted. Even though Navita was completely drenched, none of us hesitated to hug and congratulate her. OPEN DAY AIESEC X AWAAZ Where did the idea of an open day originate from? The basic idea of Open day originated from our last Open Mic event, where we thought if we can have an open stage for musicians to showcase their talent why not do the same for other artists who don't get such opportunities. So, we decided on calling it \"Open Day\" for everyone to come up and pour out all they have. Explain the concept of Open Day? Open Day is basically for performing artist that are into painting, sketching, photography or other such paper media. It also included other forms of knitting crotchety, or any such thing that someone might want to showcase. How was your experience as a Event head? It was a little hectic considering Open Day is a new concept and no one knew about it, but I had all the support from my members and and at last, it turned out great. What was the best part of the Event? The best part of the event was getting to see everything come together on the day of the event. The huge participation and the audience responses were amazing hyping everyone and proving the efforts worth. LC DAYOUT One fine Sunday morning, members of The Realm | 42 the Local Chapter gathered at a jungle- like Woodland Park for a good old picnic. While they were having a hard time finding a good spot, people there was somewhat intimidated by a large group of youngsters roaming around. We found a good spot, spread the bedsheets, and sat, with absolutely no idea what to do next. But yet again, PM proved to be our savior. The chits they were secretly handing over first were now openly being distributed. Chits with strange dares, dares that we actually did complete. Proposing for marriage, sloping, begging for sex, explaining sex, and whatnot. Later we played chain-tod and blackfool, reminisced about the good old days when were kids and these were our favorite games. AIESEC in Jaipur

AIESEC x DAB INDIA FEEDING DRIVE On December 12th, 2021, the iGV department finished their first ever social dog feeding drive, which was a huge success and a fantastic social cause on which we need to focus. The iGV department collaborated with DAB! DAB is a society in India that helps stray dogs. The initiative was organized as a street dog feeding drive in Shastri Nagar, Jaipur, and all of the volunteers purchased homemade waste food like roti, bread, milk, buttermilk, boiled eggs, and other items.
