Proposed development of Observation Tower OverView Paintball warzone tourism area in Baling, Kedah PlayGround Scan to watch 3D Video of About Project our Project This was a group project me along with six other studio members were assigned a location in Baling, Kedah. When we were doing this project the covid-19 hit Malaysia, so we were not able to go to the site to collect the data so everything we did was online from gathering the data to interviews. Proposal for the development of a tourist area located in Kampung Bok Bak (Bp5) Kupang, District of Baling, Kedah Darul Aman. The proposal was very suitable and similar to the development proposal that has been submitted by Draft Baling District Local Plan 2002-2015 because this area is suitable as a tourist area because it is located close to Gunung Inas, which will attract or give a beautiful view because Gunung Inas is rich in flora and fauna. My Proposal Proposing the outdoor park is a place suitable for relaxation, leisure, and adventure activities for all age groups. The outdoor park uses the current natural landscape. Most of the area is kept preserved in order to maintain the environment. In the outdoor park, there are playgrounds for families and children and there are also suitable areas for recreational activities such as jogging and other exercises. The facilities for the outdoor park also provided such as Observation Tower, Bungee Jumping, Paintball Warzone, and Bicycle service.
Prepared Local Plan for Seberang Perai Utara About Project This was the first project that we did by all of our studio members together and this was the first time that we did the local plan for the whole district. Different groups were formed for different sectors. In this project, I was a part of the Transportation sector and this project was again online we collected all the data from online sources. The study area has 8 Planning Block, and 16 Mukim Kepala Batas area is the largest planning block Transportation in SPU Mobility has always been a central component of societies' economic and social lives. A substantial rise in mobility and higher levels of accessibility have followed contemporary economic processes. The historical perspective on the development of transport systems highlights the effect of technological advances and how developments in transportation have been related to economic, social, and spatial changes. There are 7 entrances and exit points to SPU from the Kedah side out of which 4 of them are from the north side and 3 of them are from the east side. and from the Seberang Perai Tengah side, 01 — Roxborough House, 1997 there are overall 8 major entrances to SPU and one entrance from the west side is by ferry.
Strategy: Integrate Connection Location of SkyCab View from one station Station Observatory Tower between SPU and Penang Island Proposal 1: Penang Sky Cab The proposed Sky Cab connecting George Town with the town of Butterworth across the Penang Channel is one of the projects under the Penang Transport Master Plan. It is envisioned as one of the eventual five links connecting Penang Island with mainland Malay Peninsula, and perhaps the most eye-catching of all. The Penang Sky Cab will be adding tourism value to the Penang Sentral transportation hub in Butterworth. It will be providing tourists and locals alike a panoramic view of both George Town and Butterworth. Development Components The Sky Cab proposed alignment will be 3 km long. The Penang Sky Cab cable cars will be 90 meters above the sea, supported by eight or nine piers, each spaced about 50 meters apart. The first phase of the Sky Cab project will see 40 gondolas transporting a total of 1,000 passengers either way per hour. About 10 passengers would be able to travel on each gondola every 15 minutes. It will have a 360° view and an observatory tower in the middle of the channel.
Proposal 2: Penang Water Taxi The public can travel faster between various places on Penang Island and Seberang Perai with the introduction of water taxis. The water taxi services would open more routes and more effective transportation networks by connecting the island and mainland via water transport. The water taxis will greatly help to reduce traveling time between various places in the state. If there are traffic snarls on Penang Bridge, it will ease traffic jams on the island and be an alternate mode of transport. The service will provide new job opportunities and spur the tourism industry, it will take more than two hours for the public to travel from Bagan Ajam in Butterworth to Batu Ferringhi on Penang island as they will have to take a ferry and then a bus. But with the water taxis, it will only take them about 30 minutes the service would be useful for those staying in Seberang Prai but working in Bayan Lepas factories or Batu Ferringhi hotels. Development Components The new water taxi will shorten travel time from about 20 minutes to 10 minutes. the new water taxi would fit 200 passengers at any one time. The fare for adults is RM1.20, but it is half-price for children, senior citizens, and the disabled.
Map of Pulau Tuba Special Area Plan for Pulau Philips model polycrystalline photovoltaic Wind Turbine Tuba, Langkawi About Project This project is the same as the local plan project. The site was Pulau Tuba which is in Langkawi and again all the studio has to do this project together and we were divided into different groups. This time I am in Infrastructure. Amenities and Transportation group for this project few of our classmates including me we went to the site to collect data since there was not enough information available on internet and this project is still going on My Proposal Hybrid StreetLight Hiway Environmental introduces the Eolgreen hybrid street lighting system. the Eolgreen hybrid streetlight is a combined wind and solar lighting system that ensures entirely autonomous operation. In other energy-producing street lighting systems, power generation often stops as the solar input is not sufficient to support continuous or ongoing operation during periods of cloudy or poor weather. Traditionally, most other wind generation systems require at least 3 to 4 meters per second. the hybrid can generate power with wind strength at just 1.7 meters per second. The light has many possible uses and offers possibilities in remote locations where hard-wired power connection is impractical or expensive.
RF Optimization And Base Station Coverage by different providers Introduction There is only one telecommunication tower in Pulau Tuba and the tower is surrounded by mountains on both the north and south sides. The tower does not transmit the signals through mountains that’s why North and south side of Pulau Tuba does not have any network. We can see from the map that Digi and U mobile has coverage in Pulau Tuba apart from the north and south side. RF Optimization Radio Frequency Optimization is a process through which different soft and hard parameters of the base transceiver stations are changed in order to improve the coverage area and improve the quality of the signal. Base Station Scan to watch the The Base station will take the signal Main Tower A base station is a radio receiver/transmitter that serves Site Visit Video from the main tower. And transfer the Base Station signals within their area and it will be as the hub of the local wireless network. The base station installed on a height for better serves as a central connection point for a wireless device to performance. communicate. It further connects the device to other networks or devices. The location we choose to install this base station is residential and future development areas. Because these area does not have network signals. And the total area to install this base station is around 2.3km. The base station will be installed at an interval of 100m. So a total of 23 base stations will be installed. To give stable network coverage to the whole Pulau Tuba.
