Access to Work For your Deaf employees Deaf people in work can access a range of communication support services through Sign Solutions. Deaf employees can apply for an Access to Work grant to pay for reasonable adjustments, allowing employers and employees to get on with their jobs. What is Access to Work? How does it help Employers?
