We work with Hot Charge Technology and not using fuel in the process of reheating the billets, we go with this environment-friendly processes that ensure it produces ‘Green Steel’ in all its facilities. GANPATI ISPAT The company “Ganpati Ispat” proprietary rm of is unit of Ganapti Sponge Iron Pvt Ltd. company incorporated under The Companies Act 1956 with the object to setup Mini Steel Plant. The directors are in steel manufacturing led for more than two decade. the experience in the eld will be key of success of the company. MS STRIP IS:10748 2004 We offer consistent quality Hot Rolled Strips which meets all the standers of quality. we have upgraded the steel product to deliver end products for customer process. The high grade carbon versions are specially used to-overcome fatigue performance & wear. ¦ We have our own steel melting shop for manufacturing billets, which is having complete controlled chemical composition. ¦ We do not use any fuel for heating the billets as we have hot charged rolling system, which consumes less energy and helpful for green environment. ¦ We have fully automatic rolling mill for manufacturing strips in proper width & thickness.

MS PIPE ROUND, SQUARE, RECTANGLE Mild steel pipes are manufactured by using low carbon strips and coils which are also manufactured by us, hence we are able to get quality product. This Low carbon steel pipes do not harden and can easily be welded and formed in various shapes and sizes. ¦ We have maximum verity of stock to serve more options with smooth dispatch facility. ¦ All products are manufactured by fully automatic tube mill which ensure best quality, perfect edge, size and shape of product. ¦ We use cold saw cutting procedure to get 100% burr free material and perfect end nish. ¦ We provide customized lengths as per our customers requirement to minimize their fabrication cost. ¦ We have specialist quality control team to ensure best quality product.

We started S.Pyarelal Ispat Pvt Ltd in 2009 and within couple of years S.Pyarelal Ispat Pvt Ltd arrived as renowned player of steel structure rolling division modern technological equipment’s to manufacture its end-products. All operation are fully integrated and an ISO: 9001 : 2015 certied. IS:2062 STRUCTURE 2011 We started with Orange in 2015 and today we have more than 400 clients across india. In a very small span of time became preferred brand in market.

Since 2015 our company supplies a broad range of supreme quality Ms channel and beam to our clients. Under the brand name of orange we maintain a wide range of structure steel in variety of size & specications. We have 6 drive fully automatic rolling mill to produce supreme quality Ms Structure.

SPONGE IRON Sponge iron is obtained by the process of directly reducing the iron in rotatory kilns. The raw materials predominantly used are sponge iron/ pellets, coal and lastly dolomite. It can be further simplied as removal of oxygen from iron ore/pellet which is aided by coal and dolomite in the solid state to produce a relatively purer form of iron in the form of sponge iron/ pellet. CAPTIVE POWER At our plant, we have two facilities to produce power. Namely, AFBC (Atmospheric Fluidized Bed Combustion) and WHRB (Waste Heat Recovery Boiler) process which converts heat into functional energy. Operation cost of WHRB is low & also reduces the emissions & pollution. Since waste heat acts as the fuel source. BILLETS Billets are manufactured by melting sponge iron/pellets, which is obtain from rotatory kilns along with scrap & pig iron. Owing to which the constituents such as stated above along with micro elements such as manganese, carbon, etc. are altered to achieve the desired chemical composition. The sizes available at our disposal are 110x110 and 125x125.
