Scroll down1.ACCESS THE SYSTEM Access website AHTH WEB (ar.arcelik) (http://ahthweb/) --> select WEB 2.0 (at the bottom of web page) --> select “Sign 3 HOTEL RESERVATION SYSTEM in with okta” --> Sign in with Arcelik user ID Sensitivity: Internal / Non-Personal Data

Don’t click outside the white window) Request person’s details Remark 5 HOTEL RESERVATION SYSTEM - You can type hotel name for finding in the list. - If you cannot find the hotel, you can select “Other” & fill the hotel name in “Other require” block. Type hotel name for finding in the list. Booking details If it isn’t in the list, fill hotel name, Sensitivity: Internal / Non-Personal Data - 1 time for 1 request

2.REQUEST BOOKING You can Edit / Delete your 6 HOTEL RESERVATION SYSTEM request before save. 3. After save the booking, system will show summary your booking list. Recheck & Select your request --> Select approved manager --> Click “Save” Your request will be sent to the manager for approval. 3.1 3.2 3.3 Completely submit request Sensitivity: Internal / Non-Personal Data

3.SEARCH BOOKING Export request to Excel Select Search --> Filter your request --> Click search <-- Click search Filter your request HOTEL RESERVATION SYSTEM Sensitivity: Internal / Non-Personal Data

4.APPROVE REQUEST (FOR MANAGER) Select Approve Request --> Select your request --> Click Approve If not approve, HOTEL RESERVATION SYSTEM click “Reject”. Check details each req. Sensitivity: Internal / Non-Personal Data

5.FIND MORE INFORMATION HOTEL RESERVATION SYSTEM Select Information You can download Sensitivity: Internal / Non-Personal Data
