We @ Al Saad India School conducted Talent Hunt Final for Fancy dress & Poetry Recitation for kindergarten on 16th of November 2020. POETRY RECITATION Beauty is the realm of poetry, children enjoy the beauty of expres- sion, thoughts, feeling, rhyme, rhythm and music of words. The children came up with different poems on various topics and re- cited them with great zeal and enthusiasm. FANCY DRESS Children came dressed up in their colourful costumes and spoke about the character they depicted. The effort and hard work of chil- dren and the parents were highly commendable. The purpose of con- ducting the competition was not only to blend learning with fun but also to develop confidence in the children by giving them an oppor- tunity to get on the stage and speak in front of an audience.

Story telling is an integral part of growing up and learning. The pervious generation was blessed to have the blessings of a joint family and enjoy grand- mothers tales. As part of parent involvement, ASIS has launched “Kathamruth” sessions where parents read stories for students once in a month. This has been one of our most successful programs that calls for parental inter- action with the students and their involvement in var- ious school activities. Parents were overwhelmed by the responses from students and enjoyed the ses- sion. On 25th November 2020, parents read a story for the students.  Ms. Sai Rajani Lakshmi mother of Ganesh (KG 1 A)

PARENT’S CORNER It is my pleasure to write something for the school magazine.. \"How Arham misses his school\" As my son Arham Omeir Ahmed is the youngest at home. He has seen his elder sister and brother go to school and learn new things and have fun. When they used to come back from school and tell their experiences and how much fun they had at school my youngest one would always wonder when will he go to school and tell me stories like his elder siblings, Finally the time came for his admission to school.. He was all enthusiastic and equally excited. His admission was done in Al Saad Indian school. We went and got him his books uniforms and the school bag of his favourite car- toon character P J Mask.. When it was time for his school to commence the pandemic happened. Corona vi- rus hit the world..Arham was all unhappy and sad and so were we, But thanks to the Internet schooling. Arham could see his teachers and friends and learn new stuff.. He still misses his school teachers and friends and prays that he will soon be able to join them in school and have fun with them..
