Waiting for the day to come………… Kindergarten teachers of Al SaadSchool were anxiously waiting for their tinytots.The long awaited day had come……………On 28th August 2016, kids walked withsmiling faces wishing their friends andteachers good morning. They brought newlife to inanimate rooms with their presence.The room was filled with joyous sounds ofthe tiny explorers sharing the things they didduring their vacations. They were all set toexplore, learn, dance and sing in the newterm……..
KEEN EXPLORERS of Al Saad Indian School @ Al Ain Zoo. The young explorers arealways ready to explore new things. Eventhough it was a hot summer still they were allexcited to go to Al Ain Zoo. On 8th September2016, kindergartens were all ready with theircaps, goggles to GET SET GO…………. As soon asthey reached the zoo, they ran to see the beau-tiful birds and animals. After walking for awhile, they took the toy train which took themaround the zoo to watch many animals likegiraffe, lion, monkey, etc. After the train jour-ney, they were exhausted and hungry. They atethe food and relaxed in the shade of nature.But every good happening ends with goodmemories, so did this. Children left back totheir home to share their adventurous daywith their friends and family.
Different festivals celebrated under one roof @ kindergarten Far away from their land, still thesekindergarteners celebrated one of the most colorfulfestivals of Kerala called “ONAM”. On 19thSeptember2016, Onam was celebrated; this is done so that childrenlearn about the different festivals of their country andits importance. MOC presented by ArushDubey.The fest started with Fathia Surah by Ay-isha Mashood of KG2 followed by UAE NationalAnthem. Every festival starts with the blessingfrom the all mighty. The students of KG2 sang theMalayalam prayer song followed by Onam speechby Muhammed Tabish of KG2, telling us whyonam is celebrated and about the things that aredone during the fest.
Krishna Priya P. Vinod of KG1 welcomed thegathering who had come to see their tiny totsperforming. Finally, the moment had come, it wastime to see these tiny tots on the stage. The feststarted with the entry to Mahabali (Charan SaiGudiseva of KG1) and Vamana (Jeffrey Shergi ofKG1), followed by Thiruvathira , a beautifuldance performed by girls of KG 2. After this beautiful perfor-mance was time for these kids to show that they arevery strong…. Vadamvali (tug of war) was conductedand all the boys of KG2 put in their strength to de-feat their opponents. Next it was followed by Malaya-lam song sung by girls of KG1, which was followed byTumbi Tullal of KG2. The most energetic and colour-ful event of onam is the boat race and Pulli Kalli.Kids of KG1 dressed up in tiger dress danced androwed the boat with all their energy. The event endedwith the vote of thanks by Hanna Maria Anoop ofKG2.
