Operate smart relays Subject : Electric Motor Installation (IML) Grade/Sem : 12th / 5th Time Est. : 32 Period (1440 Minutes) OBJECTIVE Students able to install smart relay and design 4 basic control with a ladder system using smart relays through laptops and standing trainer PRACTICUM PREREQUISITES 1. Make sure students wear practical uniforms and PPE completeness according to K3 standards 2. Make sure the equipment and materials have been prepared according to the provisions of the drawing 3. Students who do not meet points 1 and 2 are not permitted to take part in a practicum WORK PROCEDURES 1. Download software of Zelio Smart Relay and install Zelio soft 2 on laptop/netbook 2. Design 4 basic motor control using ladder on zelio smart relay 3. If the program is designed correctly, then install all components in the standing trainer (scan QR Code below to see tutorial video) ON-OFF 2 places Interlocking Simultaneous Star-Delta 4. Install cables to connect each control component on standing trainer 5. Make sure the indicator lights are last installed 6. Do not give a source on the circuit before checking by the teacher 7. If it has been checked and permitted by the teacher, the circuit may be given a source 8. Perform a control system test by pressing the push button and test the indicator lights 9. Return the equipment and material to its place if the circuit has been tested 10. Create a control drawing using a computer with the Visio Drawing on A4 paper in landscape position 11.
