Using microcontroller as control motor system Subject : Electric Motor Installation (IML) Class / Sem : 12th / 6th Est. Time : 32 Period (1440 Minutes) OBJECTIVE Students are able to design 3 phase motor control based on microcontroller Arduino Uno PRACTICUM PREREQUISITES 1. Make sure students wear practical uniforms and PPE completeness according to K3 standards 2. Make sure the equipment and materials have been prepared according to the provisions of the drawing 3. Students are mastered basic of microcontroller and sensor 4. Students who do not meet points 1, 2 and 3 are not permitted to take part in a practicum WORK PROCEDURES 1. Design one of two optional motor control system below: a. 2 ways rotation motor control system b. Star-delta motor control system 2. Write coding on arduino uno related to motor control system that has been selected 3. Simulate the program then install circuit motor control if it has been declared correct 4. Make sure the control circuit is equipped with a 3-phase motor load 5. Test the control system after the circuit is declared correct by the teacher 2 ways rotation Star-delta 6. Create drawing of a microcontroller wiring control with motion sensor and proximity sensor through Visio Drawing A4 paper size 7. Save the drawing on Google Drive with the file format: Date_ID Worksheet _ID Student_Student Name Example: 19032019_12IML5-P15_17L21_Rahmat 8. Return the tools and materials to their original places when the circuit is complete 9. Write the Work of Sheet (WoS) as the final part of the practicum ASSESSMENT FOCUS 1.
