ENERGY SOLUTIONS: Solar Energy Solar Rooftop Roof mount are the most commonly used systems for domestic and commercial projects. They range from 2kW systems up to 1MW +. The solar PV panels are mounted facing south, in the most optimum locations on the roof that are not subject to high shading areas. Advantages of roof mount solar systems: • Less expensive as they use the existing roof structure as a foundation • They take up less room on your premises • Require less materials to install • The cost of labor is lower • Utilize the unused roof space • They are easier to get permits for Ground-Mounted Solar When roof space is not suitable or available, solar PV can be mounted on a ground mounted system in a south facing location to maximize the energy from the sun. Ground mounted solar PV installations require additional engineering and civil works, compared to roof mounted solar systems. Due to additional works, project cost is about 15% more expensive. Ground mounts take up more space, but they’re easier to access and give you greater control over the orientation of your array to maximize production. Heat Pumps Air-to-Water Heat Pumps Heat pumps, also known as an air-to-water heat pumps, work by extracting heat from the air or the ground outside your home and use it to heat your water for use in the home or in radiators or underfloor heating systems. Our Services Surveys EnergieXPro aims to deliver to each client an accurate forecast of the electricity production capacity of their future solar system for the duration of its lifespan and the optimal way to integrate it with the existing electrical system. In order to do that EnergieXPro has to conduct a site survey and be given access to the client’s premises. A solar PV site survey involves the visit of one of our engineers who will carry out a drone survey and install an Energy Data Logger to record real time energy usage for a 7 to 14-day period. Engineering, Procurement & Construction For each project, domestic or commercial, EnergieXPro takes up the role of EPC contractor, which means that it is responsible for all the activities from design, procurement, construction, to commissioning and handover of the project to the End-User or Owner. It is important that regular maintenance is carried out on your solar panel system. EnergieXPro offers maintenance packages that will ensure your system is performing optimally and all the settings are up-to-date and as per your energy use requirements. Finance Models For each client we prepare a detailed pricing breakdown as of the scope of work for the project and offer the following payment options: • Projects fully paid up by Client • Partly financed project price by a suitable Finance Partner of EnergieXPro • Fully financed project price by a suitable Finance Partner of EnergieXPro The options that include finance are subject to the client providing financial information about themselves and their company, such as Annual Returns, Tax Certificate, Turnover for the last 6 months, bank statements, etc. depending of the requirements if the Financing entity. After an evaluation of the client by our Finance Partner, they will receive a Finance Offer with a detailed Repayment plan (repayment period can vary between 36 and 180 months depending on the scale and value of the project).
