Lassalle brazilwood violin bow is a very inexpensive bow that is better than many other bows out there priced under $50. I recommend this bow as a good back up to your main bow, or a replacement bow if you are on a tight budget. Carbon Fiber Bows (Mid Grade)Louis Morino Carbon Fiber | Violin BowThe best quality carbon fiber violin bow that I recommend to students is theMorino. This bow brings out the best in anyinstrument, and is very similar to the feel of apernambuco bow. I like this bow better than theJ. LaSalle carbon fiber bow on my site, as it hasbetter overall craftsmanship and feel. If astudent is interested in my recommendation of abow under $250, I would suggest either this one,or the Levi violin bow on my site. These bows arepretty lightweight, so I wouldn't recommend it toa timid player. The weight doesn't vary muchfrom bow to bow, as they will almost always bebetween 58-59g. If you like the fact that thesebows are unbreakable, and you are more of anaggressive player, this bow will be a good fit.
