A C R EATIVE CONJUNCTION O F V ISUAL & P E RFORMING A RTS – B angalore, I ndia For my Architectural Thesis - I had designed a visual and performing arts center in Bangalore. India being the boiling pot of several cultural reforms, the proposed visual and performing arts center would be an ideal community for people to gather and educate themselves about 0 Indian and western culture. The city of Bangalore is termed as an international city and thus the semi-public spaces can rightly be used to 1promote art and culture. I dealt with all stages of design from site selection, research, concept, design development to final drawings and 3d renders. Used software's like – AutoCAD, SketchUp, VRay, Photoshop and PowerPoint to complete this project.

02 EXTERIORS AND INTERIORS OF A TOWNHOME, Mumbai India As an Entrepreneur, I redesigning the interiors and exteriors of a townhome. The façade design is enhanced using simple box projections that act as flower beds and terraces for most of the spaces. Landscaping on the exteriors were all keeping the existing trees in mind, whereas the terrace gardens were designed to keep the lower levels cool. The client’s main requirement was to have an activity room that can be used for yoga and dance. The ceiling of this room is designed to match the fluidity of a dancer. Engineered hardwood floors are used to balance the ceiling. Software's like – AutoCAD, SketchUp, VRay, Photoshop, and PowerPoint were used to complete this project.

A R A N YAN I R E S O R T, J a l k i - I n d i a I was privileged to work closely on conceptual drawings, design development, renders and presentation of this tourist resort. “ARANYANI\" is designed on a picturesque site at Jalki, located in Mahasamund district, at a distance of 60 km from capital city of Raipur, in Chhattisgarh. The idea 0 is to create an EXPERIENCE in order to get people closer to nature to provide tranquillity, peace. The properties are built to leave the smallest 3 ecological foot print and operate on ‘high value – low volume’ model, providing authentic local experiences to our guests while engaging extensively with the local community. Materials like bamboo, FSC certified wood, stone, and mud are used extensively in the project.

SHANKAR NAGAR, RESIDENTIAL AND Residential plot Area = 77500 sq.ft. COMMERCIAL PROJECT , Raipur - India The entire concept of the complex & its landscape is based on creating green spaces. These 0 pockets are added in and around the Townhomes in the form of terrace gardens and sit-outs. 4 The complex will be a unique and proud addition to the city of Raipur, where the engineering abilities and a new architectural vocabulary come together to produce the cities most sought after residential properties.

The ground floor has a spacious living & dining area with 2 bedrooms opening onto a landscaped backyard. 3 lavish bedrooms with deck spaces & a home theatre room are designed on the upper level. 05 ROOM COMPOSITE – Interior Design Assignment This assignment was to revamp a room with a theme in mind. The concept of this space is pastel and feminine. Elements like glow signs, pink fabrics, striped walls, brick finishes, and dainty furniture are selected to match the vibe of the space. I have also added green pockets like creepers and planters to make the space more vibrant and informal. The software used for this assignment is Adobe Photoshop. 06 This assignment was to apply materials and finishes to the apartment. I have chosen an earthy palette for this space thereby naming it an ‘earthy Muse’. The use of browns along with greys and the bright colored fabric is seen throughout the space. Earthy tones complement both modern and traditional homes because of their versatility. Materials like hardwood flooring, classic marble on countertops and flooring, washed-out Moroccan tile patterns with a hint of blue are applied to compliment the theme.
