eTWINNING  TwinSpace TwinSpace is a safe platform visible only to the teachers participating in a project. Students can also be invited in the TwinSpace to meet and collaborate with peers from their partner schools.  School Education Gateway Europe’s online platform for school education - presented in 23 European languages. It is a single point of entry for teachers, school leaders, policy makers, experts and other professionals in the school education field. SNAPCHAT Kdo: otroci od 13. leta dalje. Snapchat je mobilna aplikacija, priljubljena med mladimi, ki se uporablja za izmenjavo fotografij, vide- oposnetkov in besedil. Aplikacijo lahko prenesemo brezplačno. Tako lahko brezplačno pošiljamo foto- grafije in videoposnetke, potrebujemo le brezžično povezavo. Snapchat se od drugih načinov pošiljanja sporočil in delitve fotografij razlikuje po tem, da sporočila in slike izginejo s telefona prejemnika po nekaj sekundah. Fotografiramo s telefonom, izberemo prejem- nike iz naših stikov, določimo, kako dolgo želimo, da je sporočilo vidno (od 1 do 10 sekund) in pošlje- mo. Po izteku časa sporočilo/slika izgine s telefona. Vendar to še ne pomeni, da fotografij prejemnik ne more pridobiti in shraniti. Aplikacija omogoča tudi klepet, kjer sporočila prav tako izginejo, ko oba uporabnika zapustita okno klepeta. Ob hkratni uporabi aplikacije lahko uporabnika komunicirata tudi preko video klepeta. Snapchat je priljubljen pri mladih zaradi različnih filtrov in dodatkov, ki jih lahko vključimo v slike in tako dobimo bolj ali manj zabavne fotografije ljudi. Snapchat deluje na napravah iOS in Android. Od leta 2013 do 2016 je obstajala tudi otroška različica SnapKidz, ki pa so jo konec leta 2016 ukinili. Tveganja Uporabnikom je všeč spontanost in občutek druženja, ki ne pušča digitalnih sledi, kar lahko da lažen občutek varnosti. Ker videoposnetki in slike izginejo po določenem časovnem obdobju, veliko uporab- nikov meni, da je varno prek Snapchata pošiljati praktično karkoli. Zavedati se je treba, da lahko tisti, ki je prejel sliko, naredi posnetek zaslona in na tak način shrani ter deli fotografijo. Snapchat je sicer pripomogel k varnosti tako, da pošiljatelj vedno prejme obvestilo, če je nekdo naredil posnetek zaslo- na njegove fotografije. A se je tudi temu mogoče izogniti, tako da se preprosto uporabi drug telefon, s katerim se slika fotografijo ali pa posebne namenske aplikacije. V nobenem primeru fotografija, ki jo pošljemo prek Snapchata ni popolnoma varna in zasebna, saj se v širši množici uporabnikov lahko naj- de nekdo, ki želi škodovati najstnikom, jih izkoristiti ali skuša pridobiti občutljive podatke, ki jih je mo- goče uporabiti za izsiljevanje. SNAPCHAT Participants: pupils aged 13+ years. Snapchat is a mobile messaging application popular with young people used to share photos, vide- os and texts. It is free to download the app and free to send photos and videos, all you need is a wireless connection. There is one feature that makes Snapchat different from other forms of texting and photo sharing: the messages disappear from the recipient’s phone after a few seconds. You take a photo with your phone, select recipients from your contacts, decide how long you want the message to be visible for (up to 10 seconds) and send it. The message/image disappears from the phone once the time limit has expired. However, this does not mean that the recipient cannot retrieve and save the pho- tos. With Snapchat you can also chat with your friends, where messages also disappear when both us- ers leave the chat window. While using the app, users can also communicate via video chat. Snapchat is popular with young people because of the various filters and accessories that can be included in the photos. Snapchat works on iOS and Android devices. From 2013 to 2016, a version of SnapKidz for children under 13 was available, but it was discontin- ued at the end of 2016. Risks/Dangers: Users like the spontaneity and socialising with friends that apparently does not leave any digital traces, however, this gives a false sense of security. Many users find it safe to send virtually any- thing via Snapchat, as videos and images disappear after a period of time. But you need to be care- ful since the person who receives a message can take a screenshot of it and thus save and share it. Snapchat, though, has added a security option so that the sender always receives a notification if someone has taken a screenshot of his/her photo. But the notification option can be avoided by simply using another phone to take a photo or use special purpose applications. A photo sent via Snapchat is never completely secure and private, as there might always be someone who wants to harm teens, exploit them or attempt to obtain sensitive information that can be used for black- mailing. FACEBOOK Kdo: otroci od 13. leta starosti. Facebook je priljubljeno družabno omrežje, ki je privabilo ljudi vseh starosti z vsega sveta. Uporabni- kom omogoča, da si ustvarijo brezplačen profil in se povežejo s sorodniki, prijatelji, sodelavci ali ljud- mi, ki jih ne poznajo. Uporabniki si lahko izmenjavajo slike, glasbo, videoposnetke in druge vsebine ter izražajo lastno mnenje. Če se želimo povezati z osebo, ji pošljemo »Prošnjo za prijateljstvo«. Če oseba to prošnjo sprejme, lahko z njo komuniciramo, prav tako pa vidimo njene objave ter jih všečkamo ali komentiramo. Poleg tega lahko uporabniki tudi všečkajo druge strani in profile, ki jih zanimajo (npr. oboževalec določene glasbene skupine lahko sledi tej skupini in njenim objavam, tako da všečka njiho- vo stran na Facebooku). Facebook je dostopen prek spletnega mesta na računalniku ali prek aplikacije na telefonu, ki si jo lah- ko naložimo brezplačno. Tveganja Za uporabo je določena minimalna starost 13 let. V primeru, da se mlajši osebi vseeno uspe registrirati na Facebook, in se tovrstna zloraba odkrije, se Facebook zavezuje, da bo takoj po obvestilu, izbrisal profil te osebe. Svoj profil na Facebooku je mogoče nastaviti kot »javnega« ali kot »zasebnega«. Če je profil javen, si ga lahko ogleda kdorkoli in v takšnem primeru je verjetnost, da bo uporabnik izpostavljen določenim tveganjem, višja. Še posebej najstniki na spletu pogosto objavljajo preveč osebnih podatkov. Prav tako omogoča ljudem z vsega sveta, da se povežejo, ne le z znanci, ampak tudi z neznanci. Na tak način pa je tudi večja izpostavljenost nekaterim tveganjem (npr. spletno ustrahovanje in spletno nadlegovanje). Ker je Facebook tudi priljubljen prostor za različna podjetja, ne zgolj za posameznike, moramo biti prav tako previdni pri prepoznavanju različnih prevar (npr. pojav nagradnih iger, ki to sploh niso, s pre- varo pa pridobijo naše osebne podatke). Zelo veliko pozornost moramo posvetiti raznim igram in dru- gim zabavnim aplikacijam, ki zbirajo podatke z našega profila. Veliko aplikacij je narejenih zgolj z na- menom zbiranja podatkov o uporabnikih, ki se nato obdelujejo in uporabljajo tudi za manipuliranje z javnim mnenjem, posamezniki in skupinami posameznikov. Da se izognemo tveganjem (spletno ustrahovanje, spletno nadlegovanje, neprimerne vsebine, spletne prevare ipd.), je potrebno upoštevati nekaj osnovnih pravil pri uporabi Facebooka:  Pazimo, kaj objavljamo Ne objavljajmo preveč osebnih podatkov, še posebno takšnih, ki bi lahko izdali našo lokacijo (npr. fo- tografije, na katerih se vidi, kje stanujemo, naš naslov), telefonsko številko, elektronski naslov ipd. Prav tako bodimo pazljivi, kakšne fotografije objavljamo in o čem pišemo. Naše fotografije in objave lahko vidi tudi naš bodoči delodajalec, ki si lahko na podlagi tega o nas ustvari napačno sliko.  Ohranimo zasebnost Nekateri ljudje preveč zaupajo drugim in pozabljajo, da lahko milijoni vidijo zasebne podatke, ki jih objavljajo; to vključuje tudi kriminalce, ki iščejo svojo naslednjo žrtev. Najpametneje v tem primeru je, da svoj profil nastavimo kot »zasebnega« in tako preprečimo, da bi vsakdo dostopal do naše identite- te. 145

FACEBOOK Participants: pupils aged 13+ years. Facebook is a popular social media and social networking service that has attracted people of all ages from all over the world. It allows users to create a free profile and connect with relatives, friends, co-workers or other people. Users can share pictures, music, videos and other content and express their opinions. To connect with a person, you send them a \"Friend request\". If a person ac- cepts this request, you can communicate with them, and see their posts, “like” or comment on their posts. Users can also ”like” other pages and profiles of interest (for example, a fan of a partic- ular music group can follow that group and “like” the posts on their Facebook page). Facebook is accessible via internet on your computer or as a phone application that can be down- loaded for free. Risks/Dangers: The minimum age limit to open a Facebook account is 13 years. If any child under the age of 13 cre- ates an account on Facebook and such abuse is discovered, Facebook will delete that person's ac- count immediately after that has been reported. You can set your Facebook profile to \"public\" or \"private\". If the profile is public, it can be viewed by anyone, and in such a case the user will most likely be exposed to higher risks. Teenagers in par- ticular often post too much personal information online. The social media enables you to connect with people all over the world, not only with friends but also with strangers. In this way, you can be exposed to many risks (e.g. cyberbullying or cyberharassment). Since Facebook is a popular platform not just for individuals but also for different companies, you also need to be careful about various scams (e.g. games with dangerous malware that steel your personal information). Be very careful when opening games and other fun apps that collect infor- mation from our profile. Many applications are made only for the purpose of collecting user per- sonal info, which is then processed and used to manipulate public opinion, individuals and groups of individuals. To avoid risks (cyberbullying, inappropriate content, online scams, etc.), there are some basic rules to keep in mind when using Facebook:  Think before you post Do not publish too much personal information, especially information that could disclose your loca- tion (e.g. photos showing where you live, your address), telephone number, email address, etc. Be careful what kind of photos you post and what you write about. Your photos and posts can also be seen by your future employer, who can draw wrong conclusions about you based on what you post.  Manage your privacy Some people trust others too much and forget that millions can see the private information they publish, also criminals in search for their next victim. Set your profile to \"private\" to prevent every- body from viewing your profile. 146

FACEBOOK  Ne srečujmo se s tujci Bodimo previdni, s kom se srečamo v živo. Na Facebooku je množica lažnih profilov (fake profilov), zato ni nujno, da je oseba, s katero smo prek Facebooka komunicirali, tudi v resnici ta, za katero se izdaja.  Ne nasedajmo spletnim prevaram Če na primer podjetje, za katero nismo še nikoli slišali, objavi nagradno igro, v kateri nam ponuja nov avto, sodelovanje pa od nas zahteva osebne podatke, nam bi to moralo postati sumljivo. Čisto mogoče je, da gre za prevaro, zato pri sodelovanju v različnih nagradnih igrah, vedno preverimo pogoje sodelo- vanja. Ti morajo biti obvezno objavljeni.  Prijavimo in blokirajmo V primeru nadlegovanja, ustrahovanja, objavljanja in širjenja neprimernih vsebin, sovražnega govora, žaljenja in drugih oblik nezakonitih spletnih vsebin, ki niso v skladu s Facebookovimi smernicami, ose- bo prijavimo Facebooku oziroma jo blokirajmo. Potrebna programska in strojna oprema:  stacionarni ali prenosni računalnik z brezžično povezavo,  spletni brskalnik,  mobilni telefon ali tablica z brezžično povezavo – aplikacija Facebook,  uporabniški račun za Facebook. Primeri uporabe:  povezave med učenci – ustvarili svojo skupino,  sprotne aktualne objave – starši in sošolci so bili ves čas med mobilnostjo seznanjeni z aktualnim dogajanjem, kakor med vmesnimi aktivnostmi,  FB Messenger – zasebna komunikacija znotraj socialnega omrežja,  vzdrževanje stikov in poznanstev. FACEBOOK  Be careful who you meet online Be careful who you meet online. On Facebook there are a lot of fake profiles, so the person that you talk with via Facebook in fact is not a real person.  Protect yourself from online scams For example, if a company we have never heard of publishes a quiz to win a new car and they ask you to provide some personal information, be very careful about it. It is quite possible that this is a scam. When participating in different games or quizzes, always check the conditions, which must be published with the quiz.  Report and block If you ever feel harassed or threatened or if someone is posting and sharing inappropriate content, hate speech, insults and other forms of abusive online content that do not comply with the Facebook guidelines, report that person to Facebook or block him/her. Required software and hardware:  a desktop computer or a laptop with wireless connection,  web browser,  mobile phone or tablet with wireless connection - Facebook app,  Facebook user account. Examples of use:  keeping in touch with other pupils - create your own group,  live posts - parents and classmates were kept up-to-date during the mobility, as well as during interim activities,  FB Messenger - private communication within the social network,  maintaining contacts and acquaintances. YOUTUBE Kdo:  otroci od 13. leta starosti,  učitelji, drugi pedagoški delavci. YouTube je spletna stran za izmenjavo videoposnetkov, ki od leta 2006 deluje kot eno od Googlovih hčerinskih podjetij. YouTube omogoča neregistriranim uporabnikom, da si lahko ogledajo videopo- snetke na spletnem mestu, registrirani uporabniki pa lahko naložijo neomejeno število videoposnet- kov in dodajajo komentarje, delijo videoposnetke, dodajajo v priljubljene in se naročijo na obvestila o novostih drugih uporabnikov. YouTube ponuja široko paleto videoposnetkov, ki jih ustvarijo uporabni- ki ali podjetja. Vključuje TV-oddaje, glasbene videoposnetke, kratke igrane in dokumentarne filme, zvočne posnetke, prenose v živo in druge vsebine. Videoposnetki, ki so opredeljeni za neprimerne, so na voljo samo registriranim uporabnikom, starim nad 18 let. Posebej za otroke je YouTube ustvaril tudi različico YouTube Kids, ki deluje kot aplikacija, oblikovana na tak način, da samodejno odstrani videoposnetke z neprimerno vsebino. Tveganja YouTube ni namenjen otrokom, mlajšim od 13 let, saj obstajajo določena tveganja pri uporabi. Poleg tveganj glede zasebnosti lahko otroci naletijo na videoposnetke ali komentarje, ki niso primerni za nji- hovo starost. Na nekatere stvari pa moramo biti pazljivi tudi starejši, ne zgolj otroci. Kot registriran uporabnik lahko nenamerno izdajamo svoje osebne podatke, v ozadju videoposnetkov, ki jih naložimo pa lahko podamo namige o naši lokaciji. Ime šole, trgovina, registrska tablica ali celo oblačila bi lahko komu omogočili, da bi nas spremljal in ugotovil, kje natančno živimo. Potrebna programska in strojna oprema:  prenosni ali stacionarni računalnik z brezžično povezavo,  spletni brskalnik,  mobilni telefon ali tablica z brezžično povezavo – aplikacija YouTube,  uporabniški račun za Google. Primeri uporabe:  nalaganje in pošiljanje videoposnetkov,  ob posnetkih učenje pesmi v različnih jezikih,  uporaba zvočnega posnetka v gledališki igri,  glasbena podlaga na prireditvah. YOUTUBE Participants:  pupils aged 13+ years,  teachers, other teaching staff. YouTube is a video sharing platform that has been operating as one of Google's subsidiaries since 2006. YouTube allows unregistered users to watch videos on the site, whereas registered users can upload an unlimited number of videos, add comments, share videos, add videos to their favourites and subscribe to other users' news alerts. YouTube offers a variety of videos created by users or businesses, including TV shows, music videos, short films and documentaries, soundtracks, live broadcasts and other content. Videos that are deemed inappropriate are only available to regis- tered users aged 18+ years. For kids, YouTube has created YouTube Kids that works as an app designed to automatically re- move videos with inappropriate content. Risks/Dangers: YouTube is not recommended for children under the age of 13, as there are certain risks involved in using it. In addition to privacy risks, children may come across videos or comments that are inap- propriate for their age. However, not just children have to be careful when using YouTube. As a reg- istered user, you may unintentionally release your personal information or when uploading the vid- eos provide information about your location. School name, shop, license plate or even clothing could be perfect hints for someone to follow you and find out exactly where you live. Required software and hardware:  laptop or desktop computer with wireless connection,  web browser,  mobile phone or tablet with wireless connection – YouTube app,  Google Account. GOOGLE Kdo:  otroci samostojno od 13. leta starosti,  od 9. do 13. leta pod nadzorom učitelja oz. odrasle osebe,  učitelji, ravnatelji in ostali pedagoški delavci. Google je ameriško podjetje, ustanovljeno leta 1998. Njegova najbolj znana izdelka sta istoimenski spletni iskalnik Google in spletni brskalnik Google Chrome. Poleg tega pa razvija tudi druge storitve in izdelke, kot so Google Sites, Google Analitics, Google Maps, Gmail, G Suite, Google Talk, spletni preva- jalnik Google Translate, Google AdWords in YouTube. V šolskem prostoru smo uporabljali različne aplikacije in storitve, ki so močno olajšale skupno sodelo- vanje. Gmail  vsakodnevno komuniciranje preko e-pošte  povezan z ostalimi orodji Google Drive (Docs)  omogoča skupinsko delo na dokumentih, razpredelnicah, predstavitvah in slikah  več ljudi lahko istočasno ureja isti dokument, kar pospeši sodelovanje in poenostavi delo  shranjevanje in arhiviranje foto, video gradiva Google Sites Google ponuja veliko brezplačnih in zanimivih aplikacij ter storitev, ena izmed njih pa je tudi Google Sites, preko katere lahko ustvarimo spletno stran. Omogoča, da ustvarimo spletno mesto, ne da bi morali znati kodirati. Spletno stran gradiš s posameznimi gradniki, ki jih postavljaš enega poleg druge- ga. Pri tem pa je pomembno, da lahko v postopek izdelave spletnega mesta vključiš tudi druge Goo- glove uporabnike, ki pomagajo soustvarjati spletno stran. Odlična stvar pri Googlovih spletnih mestih je tudi ta, da lahko izberete, kdo ima dostop do spletnega mesta. Če želite, lahko zunanji obiskovalci obiščejo vaše spletno mesto, ali pa dovolite ogled in upora- bo samo določenim uporabnikom. GOOGLE Participants:  pupils aged 13+ years independently,  pupils aged 9 to 13 years under the guidance of a teacher or an adult,  teachers, headmasters and other teaching staff. Google is an American company founded in 1998. Its most famous products are the Google search engine and the Google Chrome web browser. It also offers other services and products, such as Google Sites, Google Analytics, Google Maps, Gmail, G Suite, Google Talk, Google Translate, Google AdWords and YouTube. We used a variety of Google applications and services during school work which greatly facilitated our collaboration. Gmail  communicate daily via email  connected to other tools Google Drive (Docs)  enables group work with documents, spreadsheets, presentations and pictures  multiple people can edit the same document at the same time, which speeds up collab- oration and simplifies work  storing and archiving photos and videos Google Sites Google offers many free and interesting applications and services. One of them is Google Sites which helps you to create websites without having to know how to code. You build a website with individual building blocks that you place side by side. You can also include other Google users in the site-building process to help co-create the site. The great thing about Google sites is that you can choose who has access to your site. VARNO NA SPLETU Kdo:  otroci od 6. leta starosti oz. ob prvem srečanju s spletom na računalniku, mobilnem telefo- nu ali tablici,  učitelji, ravnatelji in drugi pedagoški delavci. Safe.si Safe.si je točka za osveščanje o varni rabi interneta in mobilnih naprav za otroke, najstnike, starše in učitelje. Na njihovi spletni strani najdemo koristne nasvete in napotke, kako varno in odgovorno upo- rabljati internet in mobilne strani. Safe.si ima tudi področje, namenjeno otrokom starim od 3 do 10 let. Tam se otrok na zabaven način nauči varno in ustvarjalno uporabljati internet. Vir: https://safe.si/. Varni na internetu Projekt Varni na internetu je namenjen najširši slovenski javnosti. Poseben sklop vsebin pa je name- njen malim podjetjem, obrtnikom in samostojnim podjetnikom in ga izvaja Slovenski center za posre- dovanje pri omrežnih incidentih SI-CERT, ki deluje pod okriljem javnega zavoda Arnes. SI-CERT pred- stavlja nacionalno kontaktno točko, ki opravlja posredniško in svetovalno vlogo ter prevzema tudi ko- ordinacijo projekta osveščanja javnosti o informacijski varnosti. Projekt v celoti financira Ministrstvo za javno upravo – Direktorat za informacijsko družbo. Projekt je zastavljen dolgoročno in naslavlja precej široko področje problematike informacijske varno- sti. Dvig stopnje informiranosti o varni rabi interneta definirajo kot ključen cilj programa ozaveščanja. Njihove aktivnosti so usmerjene k doseganju sledečih ciljev:  dvigniti stopnjo zavedanja slovenskih spletnih uporabnikov o različnih nevarnostih, katerim so izpo- stavljeni na spletu,  informirati o varni uporabi spletnega bančništva in varnem spletnem nakupovanju,  informirati o različnih oblikah spletnih goljufij in ponuditi praktične rešitve, kako se zavarovati,  informirati o varstvu osebne identitete. Safe.si The Safe.si website helps to raise awareness for the safe use of the Internet and mobile devices aimed at children, teens, parents and teachers. It provides helpful tips and guidance on how to use the Internet and mobile sites safely and responsibly. Safe.si also has an area for children aged between 3 to 10 years, where they can learn to use the internet safely and creatively in a fun way. Source: https://safe.si/. Safe on the Internet The Safe on the Internet national awareness programme is aimed at the broadest Slovenian pub- lic. On its website there are also special articles available for small businesses, craftsmen and sole proprietors. The programme is operated by Slovenian Computer Emergency Response Team (SI- CERT), which operates within the framework of the Arnes (Academic and Research Network of Slo- venia) public institute. SI-CERT is a national focal point, assuming an intermediary and advisory role and also coordinating the project for raising the public awareness about information security. The project is fully funded by the Ministry of Public Administration - Information Society and Infor- matics Directorate. It is a long-term project, which deals with a broad area of information security issues. One of the key objectives of the programme is to raise awareness of safe internet use. The programme aims to achieve the following goals:  raise the level of awareness of Slovenian web users about dangers on the Internet,  inform about the safe use of online banking and secure online shopping,  inform about various forms of Internet fraud and offer practical solutions on how to protect yourself,  inform about how to protect the personal identity. MOBILNOSTI / MOBILITY Osnovna šola Bršljin iz Slovenije je bila koordinatorska šola dvoletnega Erasmus+ projekta »Experiencing Diversity through Art«. V marcu 2018 je gostila učence in učitelje s Poljske in Portu- galske. V oktobru 2018 so slovenski in portugalski učenci ter učitelji odpotovali na Poljsko. Maja 2019 pa so slovenski in poljski učenci ter učitelji odšli še na zadnjo mobilnost na Portugalsko. The Bršljin Primary School from Slovenia was the coordinating school of the two-year Erasmus+ pro- ject \"Experiencing Diversity through Art\". It hosted pupils and teachers from Poland and Portugal in March 2018. Slovenian and Portuguese pupils and teachers travelled to Poland in October 2018. EVALVACIJA Naš projekt »»Experiencing Diversity through Art« je bil izredno vsebinsko in izkustveno bogat. Kot vedno je ob koncu čas tudi za evalvacijo projekta. Za lažjo izvedbo je zapisanih nekaj primerov. Primeri izvedb evalvacije za učitelje Opisan primer izvedbe evalvacije je namenjen učiteljem, po prvem srečanju koordinatorjev in sodelu- jočih učiteljev, ko se dogovorijo o organizacijskih in vsebinskih nalogah. Evalvacija se lahko izvede in prilagodi tudi za učence po nekaj izvedenih skupnih aktivnostih. »Razmislek« Ob instrumentalni glasbi učitelji razmislijo, kako vidijo projekt in svojo vlogo v projektu v prihodnje. V mislih odgovorijo na vprašanja: 1. Kaj me skrbi? Katere negativne misli, omejujoča prepričanja, pomisleki se mi porajajo? (Opomba: Pomembno je, da so vprašanja odprtega tipa, da niso sugestivna.) 2. Kaj me navdušuje? Katere pozitivne misli se porajajo? »Kamenčki« Rekvizite postavljamo pred učitelji. Opazovalci se tako sprašujejo, kaj neki sledi, pripravljamo simbolni \"teren\". Na tla damo kamenčke. Na eno stran koš za smeti (vrečko za smeti; simbol, ki je povezan z nečim, kamor mečemo \"odvečne\" stvari), na drugo npr. model vodnjaka (simbol povezan z željami). Učitelje povabimo, da spregovorijo, se vključijo, ko čutijo, da zmorejo (damo prostor, čas, da se vsi oglasijo, jih ne \"silimo\", da spregovorijo po vrsti, kot sedijo, pomembno je, da imajo dovolj časa). Odgovore učitelji podelijo med sabo. Povedo toliko, kolikor so pripravljeni povedati na glas in kolikor v danem trenutku zmorejo (tu se že kaže določena stopnja zaupnosti, povezanosti v skupini). Učitelj, ki se je odločil spregovoriti, prime kamenček in pove, kaj ga skrbi. Ta kamenček odvrže v koš za smeti. Drugi kamenček poveže z željo, pozitivno mislijo in jo vrže v vodnjak. Ostali poslušajo, ne komentirajo odgovorov (pomemben je način vodenja, vzpostavljanje spoštljivega ozračja). Ko so bili vsi na vrsti, učitelj, ki vodi aktivnost, zaključi tako, da simbolno umakne koš za smeti, vrečko in reče, npr: \"To so današnje skrbi, teh jutri več ne bo, ker smo jih odvrgli.\" – S tem, ko umakne rekvi- zit, simbolno nakaže, da je nekaj \"šlo stran\", \"smo odvrgli\", \"bremena smo se znebili\". Na tleh naj ostane le vodnjak želja. Če je ozračje dovolj varno, povezanost dovolj velika, lahko okoli sklenejo roke, zapojejo pesem ali se premikajo v ritmu glasbe (sicer ta del spustimo). »Ogledalo« Vsak udeleženec je posameznemu učitelju na glas povedal, kaj je njegova dobra lastnost, kaj pozitiv- nega je opazil pri osebi tekom sestanka oz. sodelovanja z njim. Pomembno je, da je vsak na vrsti, da mu podajo pozitivno povratno informacijo oz. pozitivno lastnost. Za posameznega učitelja naj bi jo podal vsak izmed sodelujočih. Tudi tu se pokaže stopnja zaupanja, sodelovanja, kako se med seboj poznajo po skupnih aktivnostih, v kakšni meri prepoznavajo močne točke drug drugega, tu se ustvarja tudi \"teren\", ko se prepoznavajo vloge – kdo je v nečem dober, kdo lahko v prihodnje prevzame tisti del nalog v timu, ki mu bolj leži, ko ima vsak posameznik priložnost od drugega slišati, v čem je dober, pa se morda tega ni niti zavedal – priložnost tudi za osebno in profesionalno rast itd. 189

EVALUATION Our project \"Experiencing Diversity through Art\" was extremely rich in content and filled with exciting events. At the end, of course, we also took our time for the project evaluation. Some ex- amples of the implemented evaluation methods are described below. Examples of implemented teacher evaluation The described examples of teacher evaluation are intended for teachers, after the first meeting of coordinators and participating teachers, when they agree on organizational and content tasks. Evaluation can also be carried out and adapted for pupils after some joint activities have been carried out. “Reflection” While listening to instrumental music, teachers reflect on how they see the project and their role in the project in the future. They answer the questions in their mind: 1. What do I worry about? What are my negative thoughts, limiting beliefs, concerns? (Note: It is important that the questions are open-ended, not suggestive.) 2. What impresses me? Which positive thoughts do I have? \"Pebbles\" Place props in front of teachers. They of course wonder what is happening, as you are preparing a symbolic \"terrain\". Put some pebbles on the floor, a garbage can (a garbage bag; a symbol associat- ed with something where we throw \"excess\" things) on the one side and a model of a wishing well (a symbol associated with wishes) on the other side. Invite teachers to speak and get involved when they feel they can do it (give space and time for everyone to speak up, do not \"force\" them to speak in the order they sit, as it is important that they have enough time). Teachers share answers with each other. They say as much as they are willing to say out loud and as much as they can at a given moment (here a certain degree of confidentiality and the connection in the group play a significant role). The teacher who decides to speak, picks up a pebble and tells what he/she cares about. Then he/ she throws the pebble into the garbage can. He/she takes the second pebble, relates it to a wish or a positive thought and throws it into the wishing well. Others listen, do not comment on the an- swers (lead the evaluation correctly and establish a respectful atmosphere). After all teachers had the opportunity to speak, finish the evaluation by symbolically removing the garbage bin bag and saying, for example: \"These are your today’s worries, tomorrow they will be gone, because we have thrown them away.\" – By removing the props, we symbolically indicate that something \"went away\", \"we threw it away\", \"we got rid of the burden\". Only the wishing well should remain on the floor. If the atmosphere in the group is very pleasant and the relations are good, teachers can join hands, build a circle, sing a song or move around to the rhythm of the music (otherwise we drop that part). \"Mirror\" Each participant speaks openly about his/her own good traits and the positive personal attitudes he/she noticed during the meeting. It is important that everyone tells what he/she thinks and you give him/her a positive feedback or positive trait. Every participant should give a positive feedback for the other teacher. Here, too, it is important how the participants trust and cooperate with each other, how good they got to know each other through common activities, how they recognize each other's strengths and individual roles – who's good at something, who can take over what kind of tasks in the future, a person hears from the others what he/she is good at, but may not even be aware of it, which is an opportunity for personal and professional growth, etc. 190

EVALVACIJA Učitelji smo ob zaključku projekta odgovarjali na vprašanja:  Na kaj ste se osredotočili v tem projektu, kaj je bilo za vas najpomembneje?  Kaj ste pridobili v projektu?  Kaj bi spremenili v projektu, če bi lahko?  Kakšne načrte imate za prihodnost? Primeri izvedb evalvacije za učence V času trajanja projekta smo izvedli različne načine evalvacije:  Pogovor o tem, kaj so novega izvedeli, katere nove izraze so se naučili, kaj zanimivega so dožive- li, kaj jim je najbolj ostalo v spominu – zapis na plakat, neposreden zapis na e-drsnice ali zapis na listke in poročanje.  Učitelji so za učence pripravili knjižico v obliki dnevnika, kamor so dnevno vpisovali svoja dožive- tja, spoznanja, misli, pesmi ali risbe.  Izdelali so Erasmus+ kotiček v avli, ki je vključeval izbor fotografij in zapis doživetij ter spoznanj, ki smo jih povezali z likovnim ustvarjanjem.  Zaključna evalvacija z učenci je potekala v obliki krožnega pregleda. Učence smo razdelili v sku- pine, ki so krožili po postajah s posameznim vprašanjem. Vsaka skupina je začela pri enem vpra- šanju, nato se je premikala v smeri urinega kazalca. Pretekle zapise so prebrali in dopolnili z no- vimi mislimi. Nabor vprašanj:  Kaj si si najbolj zapomnil v projektu?  Kakšni so tvoji predlogi za izboljšanje take vrste projekta?  Kaj si se naučil o kulturni raznolikosti?  Ali sedaj lažje komuniciraš v angleščini?  Ali si se naučil uporabljati kakšen nov računalniški program oz. si mogoče nadgradil svo- je znanje o IKT?  Kako si pričel pogovor z vrstniki iz drugih držav, če tvoje znanje angleščine ni bilo naj- boljše? Kje si imel težave pri vzpostavljanju stikov? Kako si premostil te težave?  Na koncu dejavnosti je vsaka skupina predstavila odgovore na eno vprašanje. 191
