She can don many hats and can play many roles in any field whether it is the home or outside her home. The WE in Gold stands for warmth, integrity and firm values, along with success and achievement and epitomizes the strength of women and their ability to uplift other women. The faces of the Women, looking outwards on the left, portrays our Glorious Past, A past full of Service to humanity, and on the right, projects our Bright Future. A future where the woman not only grows as a person but touches many lives, and brightens the future of many. The Circle in Gold is our all-encompassing field of work, whether humans, animal life or Environment. WE believe in the world of Co-existence, where every living being, however small, contributes to better the world in their own way. Multiple finances remain in a healthy state. Directory \"Saksham\" was released. On the Receipt side the 4th August 2019 - 1st Multiple money was collected in the form Cabinet Meeting at Radisson Blu of membership subscription Resort, Goa. Multiple dues and sale of Lapel pins 18th November 2019 - The 2nd Multiple Cabinet Meeting at Hotel Turning to the expenditure side, Gulmor, Ludhiana & Hosted by WE the payments were towards the Club of Mata Gurjari - E1...86 members attended. The WE WE Multiple District Installation Multiple Bulletin \"Anvaya\" was released at the Cabinet function, second cabinet meeting at Ludhiana, Meeting. Directories, Lapel Pins, Multiple dues to the Association of WE Clubs, Typing, Courier, postage & Digital Art work. The same Multiple Team, District Teams and Club Teams continued for the 2nd year owing to the Pandemic. No membership subscription was collected from the cabinet members who continued their membership in 25th July 2020 -The Virtual combined 3rd Cabinet the year 2020-2021. Meeting & 1st Cabinet Meeting & Award Function was held on Zoom -231 members attended. However Multiple Dues from the new club members were collected. 8th August 2020- Orientation, PST Schooling and Multiple Chairpersons' Schooling, Seminar on Protocol and We sincerely appreciate the District and Club Lively Meetings was held on Zoom -86 members attended. 2019-2021 2019-21 WE District 323 A2 - District President WE SUJATA RAO WE District 323A2 Two consecutive successful years full of Fellowship ,Fun, Masti, Meetings, Felicitations,Award Function, Zoom Meetings, Online Programs, and Wonderful Service Activities. Total Clubs- 14, added a new Club WE Club of Andheri Solitaire, extended by WE Club of Vashi Navi Mumbai We started with 310 members and added 47 new members with total of 359 members. All the District Cabinet meetings were conducted successfully.Members and WE officers of District 323A2 attended all Multiple cabinet meetings and programs.As the 2019 year started , we had done various need based activities in person but as the l ockdown started things got difficult . ..But the Josh was still there , so we started with Online meetings, Seminars like Power your Image, Yoga sessions, Karmic cleansing, Musical housie, Celebrity Look-alike Contest, Christmas and New year Online celebrations, Summer cool dress competition and much more. In the Time of Covid-19 pandemic also, various activities were done taking all precautions and rules followed by government. There was continuous distribution of masks, sanitizers, PPE & medical kits, mattresses, medicines and food packets, groceries to covid patients by various Clubs. Online Orchestra program was organized by Visually impaired, for which donation was given by all clubs. Twinning Activity of District was done by Donating Jaipur foot, Contribution was given by all Clubs for Adivasi girl's marriage. Some of the Major Activities for both years are :Grill work and submersible pump installation by District and other Clubs. Our District E1 added 2 clubs in the beginning of the Year 2019-2020 and 2 clubs in the year 2020-2021, and now I am proud to report that we have our increased our membership growth to almost double. Now we have 7 clubs and 200 members. Number of Projects--283. Beneciaries--26016 And many. Total Amount spent -Rs 1810830 I would like to mention our permanent projects :E-Richshaw, Jaipur foot, One PC, 3 stiching Machines, Gauze cutting machine,3 Water coolers, 3 wheel chairs, 4 walkers, Fridge, 3 Ceiling fans, Sanitary napkins Vending Machine , BP and Diabetic checking Machine, Hearing aid , Tripals, Gas chulla ,Reading Glasses to students, 2 RO Water Purier , Air Cycle for exercise, 11 Smart Phones, 20 Dustbins.Most importantly, we take care and look after the maintenance of our old permanent projects, too. Our clubs have Sponsored Awards for football and Kabbadi league, Eye operations in big scale, Medical camps for general public, 20 Cows operated in Animal camp, Plantation of Medicinal plants in parks, near hospitals, police station and road side parks etcWe members of our District carried out many other activities during the pandemic following all safety measures - Like food distribution many times, clothes, shoes, socks, sweaters, fruits ,groceries , etc Our District organised Service week in both the years on Gandhi Jayanti and followed the 5 points program of our Multiple District President WE Saroja Mekal. 2019-2021 2019-21 WE District 323 F-1 - District President WE VARSHA BHAGAT Herewith I am forwarding you the report of the service activities carried out by the We clubs in District 323 F 1 under the leadership of our District President We Varshaben Bhagat.The brief report is as follows : 1)Tree Plantation :All the clubs in the district carried out this activity by planting around 500 saplings. Thus the contributed in a small way towards the protection of environment. 2) Awareness programmes depicting the importance of cleanliness were conducted under Swachhata Abhiyan. 3) Seminars were held to educate the people about plastic menace. Substitutes for plastic such as cotton bags were suggested. 4) Food to Hungry :Grocery kits , cooked food , dry snacks were distributed to needy and poor people. 5) On Line Competitions :Rakhi Making ,Matki decoration, Jahoola decoration, Ganesh mandap decoration , Diya decoration , Garba , Makeup and Dressing were held 6) Help during Lockdown : During the pandemic of Covid - 19 ayurvedic medicines ,masks , grocery kits and blankets were distributed to poor people. Financial help was provided to drivers ,sweepers, liftmen who had lost their jobs because of lockdown. Online Yoga seminar was also held to enhance immunity during pandemic. 7) National as well as Religious festivals were celebrated. 8)Old and new clothes distribution to needy people. 9)Distribution of fruits , milk and biscuits to children throughout the year. 10)Distribution of blankets , body lotion , sweets in old age home. 11)wood for funeral pyre was donated during the second wave of pandemic . Continuous Projects : We Clubs of Nadiad :1) Distribution of new born baby kit every month. 2)Distribution of sanitary napkins in schools.3)Distribution of kafan cloth to hospitals. We Clubs of Godhra : 1) Distribution of fodder to cows. 2)Tiffins provided twice in a day to two persons daily.
