Mixed-use Project Jabal Omer Development Mega development project in Makah facing holy Haram composes 26 Hotels towers ranging from 4 to 5 and 5 plus stars along with facilities and infra-structure, Total estimated budget is 40 billion SAR while total value of FF&E and OS&E was estimated at 1.7 billion SAR, the project was phased as 7 phases to go concurrently while my role is to manage the construction of phase number five consists of 3 plots podiums and 5 towers branded hotels with total built up area 180,500 m2 and 1350 keys, towers are 23 floors over multistory podium with total height 127m over ground level , it is worth to mention that phase five is accommodating the cooling district for the whole development. Mixed-use Project Jabal Omer Development My Role Project Manager/FF&E Manager Responsibilities  Manage the process of preparation and issuing of the (RFP)  Monitor the construction progress by time schedule and issue timely corrective instructions  Guide and manage site staff to ensure  adherence to the project objectives.  Supervise the sequence of the work and arrange for a proper split of packages.  Manage the handing over process to the various hotel operators.  Manage the issuance of official handing over certificates.  Supervise the purchasing consultant works and review/approve  Manage the prototype approval processes  Manage site items deployment and day-to-day activities  Manage snagging and de-snagging processes.  Review and approve/comment on supplier payment requests and certificates
