Chauffeur Drive Rental: Terms and Conditions 1. The above prices are inclusive of fuel & chauffeur charges. 2. All the cars are comprehensively insured. 3. All cars have standard accessories like music system, front and rear seat belts, umbrella, reading light and medical kit. 4. Outstation Chauffeur Retention Charges is Rs.350.00 per day and Rs.350.00 per night. 5. Local Chauffeur Retention Charges is Rs.350.00 a day before 6am and Rs.350.00 night after 9pm. 5. GST of 18% (CGST-9%, SGST-9%) applicable on actual. Taxes are subject to changes as per Govt.norms. 6. State and Local Entry Permits / Fee, Parking, VAT & Service Taxes (Subject to change as per the Govt: Laws and Policies) extra as applicable on actual. 7. Aries requests all employees to take care of their personal belongings while traveling and / or releasing the cars. While all the efforts will be taken by the servicing Aries locations to return the goods left in the car, Aries doesn’t take any responsibility of such goods. 8. All the above prices are valid for the period mentioned above which are worked on the basis of prevailing fuel prices. However, if there is any increase in the fuel prices an additional charge namely “fuel price impact” will be charged in the bill. This will be calculated on the mileage actually used divided by the fuel efficiency of the car multiplied by the increase in the fuel price. The revised prices will be applicable from the date of such increase announced.
