GS 5 PATENTED RESIDUAL ANTIMICROBIAL AGENT ST EFFECT ANT RESU NG LASTIN SAFE 1 APPLICATION CO INST & 30 DAYS OF STERILITY LO G LTS IVE

THE CHALLENGE Though science has advanced enormously, fatalities due viral and bacterial infections have become an increasingly important area of concern in public health at a global level. This has been increasingly clear with the COVID-19 pandemic worldwide. Treatment for these diseases exists, however their use and effectiveness face numerous challenges including timely diagnosis, drug resistance, access to healthcare, and more. Therefore, the emphasis should be on precautionary proactive measures. With the recent global outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic the need for regular sanitization has become imperative. Individuals & institutions have realised the huge liability that infections represent, however they face the challenges in procuring quality and cost effective disinfectant. Most disinfectants rapidly kill most bacteria/viruses, however post application the microorganisms thrive again on the surfaces. This problem requires cleaning multiple times a day. The need for a longer term solution which ensures these bacteria cannot grow again is a must. THE SOLUTION: GOLDSHILED GS 5 The rise of the tenacious microbes created a demand for a product that reduces the probability of contracting these infections by simply reducing exposure to them and protecting against reinfection. That’s precisely the Goldshield – GS 5 solution in a nutshell. Goldshield is a USA-based Life Science entity producing products for the past 12 years under ISO certified USA- based facilities. The GS 5 antimicrobial surface & textile agent from Goldshield is an EPA registered, patented, water stable antimicrobial agent which prevents the spread of harmful microorganisms. The types of surfaces which can be treated are hard, porous, and non-porous as well as textiles. This prevents cross contamination via a residual effect. When this powerful anti-microbial concentrate is diluted to an applicable level, it is then sprayed onto surfaces as the application method. It provides an protective shield that will inhibit bacteria/viruses that can cause infection, odour, staining, and discoloration for up to 30 days.

KEY FEATURES AND BENEFITS • Once this product is applied on any surface, including high-touch area (e.g. door handles, lift buttons, etc.), the surface then is kept sterile for up to 30 days. This will be maintained in spite of repeated cleaning/mopping of these surfaces by cleansing agents, thus providing long term residual protection • Water based and water stable (will not leach/or become fugitive) • Prevents Bio-Film build up • Does not pose the rise of genetic adaptation or “Super – bugs” • Non-flammable • Safe for use • EPA registered PRODUCT REACH This product is widely used in other countries outside USA, but it is now being introduced in India imported by Pacelite Multi Solutions Private Limited, Mumbai, India. Some of the other countries where the product is already in use are Mexico, Canada, UK, Spain, Portugal, Turkey, Cyprus, Greece, China, Taiwan, Singapore, Philippines, UAE, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Israel, Caribbean Islands. Product reach is being expanded to other European and South American countries as we speak. APPLICATION This product can be used virtually in any businesses: • Private and Govt Offices • Hospitality: Restaurant & Hotels • School & Universities • Public Transportation • Banks • Textiles • Factories • Defence • Malls • Hospitals • Theatres • Airports & Planes USAGE The application can be done via Electrostatic sprayers or in a hand held trigger spray and microfibril cloth. When the electrostatic sprayer is used, just by going room to room and keeping 2 minutes between rooms, the entire room will not only be disinfected, but maintained over a period of 30 days. The Electrostatic sprayers can be utilized to spray across approximately a total of ~1000 sq ft per litre. With efficient spraying solutions available in the market, this will ensure effective high surface area coverage in a short period of time! By utilizing the hang-held trigger spray, high-touch areas can be re-targeted at shorter intervals ensuring both safety and peace of mind. The application should spray the solution onto the desired surfaces for 5 minutes, and which point it should be wiped off with the microfibril cloth. Use on any surface for bacterial inhibition up to 30 days.

COST EFFECTIVENESS This disinfectant is to be applied only once in 30 days in comparison to other disinfectants which might be cheaper however requires repeated application whereby increasing the application and manpower cost. EVIDENCE BASED DATA Goldshield is being shipped to several countries outside the USA, where studies within these nations have further validated the Goldshield antimicrobial efficacy and residual action. The Company has amassed over 40+ evidenced based studies including three hospital clinical trials, which have been peer reviewed and published in the American Journal of Infection. In the Oakwood Clinical Trial, the bio-statistical analysis shows direct correlation between employments of Goldshield technology and a reduction of Hospital-acquired-infection (“HAI’s”).This statistical analysis outsourced to an independent consultant , Exponent Inc. indicates that reduction of infection by 4 logs for gram positive and 3 logs for gram negative bacteria resulting in the prevention of 5%-10% of HAIs. Further Validations: • VA Wisconsin • UK National Healthcare System • Florida Health Department Building • PGA Facilities: Jacksonville, Florida • USDA, Ft Pierce, Florida • DOD Special Forces Afghanistan • Independent School Systems including Texas, Ohio, CT, NY, WI, CA, and 50 + University Facilities ranging from VA to North Dakota. • Harkinson’s Institute. In Vitro Antibacterial and Antifungal stability testing of Goldshield GS 5 at Haffkine’s Institute Haffkine Institute is a one of the oldest biomedical research institutes in India. It was established in 1899 and is named after the scientist (Dr. Waldemar Mordecai Haffkine) who invented the plague vaccine. Since then, Haffkine Institute has emerged as a multi-disciplinary institute engaged in training, research and testing of various aspects of infectious diseases. The institute is governed by a governing council and guided by a Research Advisory Council and an Academic Advisory Council. Invitro Antibacterial and Antifungal stability testing of Goldshield GS 5 solution was conducted by percentage killing method on 1st , 7th and 14th day of activation. On 1st, 7th and 14th day of activation in diluted form Goldshield GS showed 99.999% killing/inactivation of the test Bacterial species Escherichia Coli (ATCC-10148), Salmonella typhi (NCTC – 786), MRSA (Methicillin resistant Staphyloccocus aureus (ATCC- 25923), Bacillus cereus (ATCC 11778) and Pseudomonas aeruginosa (Fisher’s Immunotype IV) as well as Fungal species Candida albicans (ATCC – 10231) as Aspergillus niger (ATCC – 16404 ) in 5 min

Microbial efficacy testing of GS 5 at Lilavati Hospital and Research Centre, Mumbai: Method used to check efficacy of Goldshield GS 5: Microbiology Swab Method Areas Covered: • Swab Collection Screening Area • Pediatric Wards • ICU Nursing Station • Microbiology Testing Area Contact Time: 5 Minutes Methodology: Pre-Disinfection swab (Before applying Goldshield GS 5) were taken on 22nd June, 2020. Then disinfection was done of all the above mention areas separately with GS5. After leaving it for 5 minutes swabs were collected from all the areas again and every day. Disinfectant was applied only once on 22nd and then daily swabs were taken till 6th July, 2020. Results: 22nd June 2020: Before GS5 Solution was applied swab results shows a significant organism growth which was a mixed growth of Bacillus species predominantly Bacillus subtilis. From 23rd July to 6th July 2020: Post GS 5 application there was no growth of any organisms observed in all the swabs taken every day from all the areas.
