Hunter EngineeringHunter Engineering provides a wide range of civil engineering and surveyingservices for both public and private sector clients. Typical design elements includeroadways, utilities, stormwater detention and retention systems, water andfireline systems, sanitary sewer systems, earthwork analysis, site planlayout, master planning and feasibility studies.Hunter Engineering provides complete surveying services including ALTALand Title Surveys, Boundary Surveys, Topographic Surveys andConstruction Staking. Hunter Engineering utilizes the latest surveyingtechnologies, including GPS and Robotics.Hunter Engineering is dedicated to providing responsive and valuedsolutions to challenges that confront our clients. Highlighted Projects

Crescent CrownCrescent Crown Distributing – HunterEngineering has completed the Planning,Engineering and Land Surveying for several ofthe Crescent Crown Distributing sites. Suchsites have included a 305,000 sq.ft. facility withGas in Surprise, Arizona, the CorporateHeadquarters with full shop and maintenanceservice in Mesa, Arizona and the planning for a200,000 sq.ft. facility in Batton Rouge. HunterEngineering was also involved in the siteselection process. “City of Surprise has found Hunter Engineering to be both of extremely high competency in the design of infrastructure and willing to go above and beyond original scope when issues arose during construction.” Jason Mahkovtz, PE, City of Surprise 4

FedEx NorthFederal Express, (FedEx)– Hunter Engineering has completed the Planning,Engineering and Land Surveying for several Federal Express Facilities. Theseprojects have included ground up construction and planning as well asexpansions and or modifications to the existing facilities. Hunter Engineeringrecently completed the 260,000sq.ft. facility near 19th Avenue and PinnaclePeak Road for a distribution center. This site included major off-site drainageimprovements, roadway improvements and bid solicitation. In addition,Hunter Engineering was involved in the site selection process. 5

GarminGARMIN, Chandler, Arizona-This project is within a 54-acresite that included the design ofmultiple office buildings,including all infrastructure andsite improvements. HunterEngineering worked on allEntitlements as well ascompleted all of the CivilEngineering and LandSurveying associated with theproject. The project includedpublic and private streets,pedestrian paths, largeretention basins, fire loops, off-site drainage and subdivisionplatting. Hunter Engineeringalso performed theConstruction Staking for thisproject. “In all the plans I've reviewed in the past 2.5 years, the Hunter Engineering plans have been some of the best designed, and easiest to review plans to come across my desk.” Fred Ellis, City of Phoenix 6

Other Projects2700 Frye Road, Chandler, Arizona- Hunter Engineering performed due-diligence studies, Civil Engineering and Land Surveying for this project ontwo separate occasions. Initially HE designed the site with four industrialbuildings. These buildings were constructed and ultimately tore down so anew office project could be constructed. Hunter Engineering then workedon the final large scale office project to redesign the site. The projectincluded the design of public street improvements, pedestrian paths, largeretention basins, fire loops, off-site drainage and subdivision platting.Hunter Engineering also performed the Construction Staking for thisproject. This project is fully leased and is functioning as designed.Americold Cold Storage- Hunter Engineering has worked on multiple coldstorage facilities for Americold and other cold storage clients. These projectconsist of large cold storage facilities, entitlements, engineering and landsurveying for either new facilities or facility expansions. In addition toAmericold, Hunter Engineering has also worked with Sysco Foods andcoordinated with Winco Foods for their new Arizona distribution center. 7

75th Avenue and Lower Buckeye RoadRoadway improvements for 75th Avenue and Lower Buckeye Road, includingstorm drain within Lower Buckeye, bus bays, signage and striping and multipleturn lanes. 75th Avenue included coordination with a city storm drain project andthe design of a major drainage channel along the east side of 75th Avenue.Project also included the design and coordination of approximately 1,500ft of48” SRP irrigation pipe, USA fee title and abandonment of existing SRP facility.Pinnacle Peak Road - Street improvements for Pinnacle Peak Road from CentralAvenue to 11th Avenue. This project required extensive coordination with thecity’s Street Transportation Department as the roadway had to meander aroundadjacent state land.
