His first license was obtained in California and was held until he gave it up in 2009deciding that he no longer needed it. In 1997 Dru began a career in property management. Heworked for Cook Realty Property Management and then Sacramento Delta Property Managementwhile living in Sacramento California. In 2004 he relocated to Texas and soon obtained a Texasbroker license.
