AGENDA POINTS FOR THE LMC MEETING Financial Issues: 1. Approval of Fee structure with 10% hike for the session 2022-23 (from Second Semester). (Annexure - 1) Prospectus Fee from Rs.250/- to Rs.300/- Registration Fee from Rs.1000/- to Rs.1200/- Admission Fee from Rs.5000/- to Rs.15000/- Development Fee from Rs.1000/- to Rs.5000/- 2. Ratification of Audited Balance Sheet for the financial year 2021-22 sent to HR Deptt. on 20.06.2022. (Annexure -2) 3. Approval for D.A. as per DPS Society norms 34% from January 2022. (Annexure -3) 4. Approval for HRA to be increased from 8% to 9% as DA rates (Annexure-4) w.e.f. July 2021 more than 25%. 5. Approval of Bonus to all Staff Members for the Financial Year 2021-22 (Annexure-5) Statutory Issues: (Annexure – 6) 1. Ratification of Revenue Budget for the session 2022-23. 2. Approval of closure and merging of bank accounts. (Letter already given on 16.8.2022) 3. Provision for Gratuity and Earned Leave encashment is being provisioned fully as accounting standards. If full provisioning not required, a committee to be formed to appoint an actuarial professional for calculation of fund for Gratuity and Earned Leave Benefit required in Banks.  Approval sought for appointing M/S. Charan Gupta Consultants Pvt Ltd. for Actuarial valuation of Gratuity & Earn Leave, with a charge of Rs.8,000/- + GST* 4. Constitution of Registered Society or Trust for clearing the Legal status of school for the purpose of IT Return and Form 5A (EPFO requirement). 5. Financial Committee of the school needs to be regularized to file IT Return till the Legal status of the school is not clear to file IT Return as status of school as Associate of Person. 6. Procedure for change in the existing Auditors for statutory audit for the Financial Year 2022-23. Request letter sent to The DGM (Finance) for the list of auditors. Teaching Staff Issues: 7. Approval for hike of 10% in the existing pay of all Contractual Employees as per Revenue Budget. 8. Staff Requirements from the session 2023-24:  PGT (Geography) * School Counsellor  PGT (History) * Lab Assistant (Physics)  TGT (Computer Science)  PRT (Hindi)  PRT (Dance)  PRT (Science)  PRT (Maths)  Estate Supervisor

9. Approval of Ms. Shubarna Chakravorty as per existing norms. 10. Letter from NTPC regarding extension of Estate Assistant (Mr. Navjot Vyas) on reimbursement basis is still pending. (Status clarify and due to financial crises, Advance salary should be provided, the same will be appreciated) 11. Approval for permission for only two children of staff to be given fee concession as per norms. Infrastructural Requirements (as per the Annexure) 12. Repair of ACs and other repairing work to be done on urgent basis in M.P. Hall. 13. Maintenance and painting of the entire school on term wise (first in October and Second on December) (as Parents visit to school, like to see the school in good condition). Transport Issues: 14. Approval of Permission of two mini buses capacity of at least 12-16 students for congested areas. 15. One driver is required either arranged by NTPC or hired by school on contract basis. To The Chief of the Army Staff The Chief of the Naval Staff The Chief of the Air Staff Subject: Implementation of ih Cl'C Recommendations for grant of House Rent Allowance (HRA) to Armed Forces Personnel. *** Sir, I am directed to say that consequent on the decisions of the Government 011 the recommendations of Seventh Central Pay Commission, the President is pleased to decide for grant of I-IRA to Armed Forces Personnel in partial modification of MoD letter No. 10(55)/98/D(Q&C) dated 18th November, 2008 as amended from time to rime that the admissibility ofHRA shall be as under: Classification of Rate of House Rent Allowance per month as a I Cities/Towns percentage of Basic Pay only X 24% Y 16% 8% z 2. The list of cities/towns classified as X,Y and Z vide Ministry of Finance, Dept. of Expenditure OM No. 2/5/2017- E.II(B) dated 7th July, 2017 for the purpose of grant ofHRA is enclosed as Annexure to these orders. 3. The rates ofHRA will not be less thanRs. 5400/-,3600/-.& 1800/- at X, Y & Z class cities respectively. 4. The rates ofI-lRA will be revised to 27%, 18% and 9% for X, Y & Z class cities respectively when Dearness Allowance (DA) corsses 25 percent and further revised to 30%,20% and 10% when DA corsses 50%. 5. The term \"basic pay\" in the revised pay structure means the pay drawn in the prescribed pay levels in the Pay Matrix and does not include Non-Practising Allowance (NPA), Military Service Pay (MSP) etc. or any other type of pay like special pay etc.

FAA and SNLQ henceforth stand abolished as a separate allowance. Eligible employees to be governed by the newly proposed provisions for Housing for Personnel Below Officers Rank (PBORs). 9. The revised rates of the above allowances Vi/ill be effected from I\" July, 2017. 10.
